We did our first B2B back in 2013 on the Splendor. It had alternating itineraries, which was fantastic. Unfortunately, we were only able to do the 16 day voyage because I had just graduated. Where I work now, it would be extremely difficult to get more than 1 week off, so I don't know when we'll be able to do another B2B. :( I think my favorite part of the back to back, excluding actually staying on the ship, was getting to know the crew, and the crew knowing your name too. Like another poster said too, I liked having repeat menus, so that way I didn't feel compelled to try more than one entree a day, I could just look forward to it the next sailing. And if there was a day that I felt the MDR was lacking, we could go to the steak house instead. Being on the ship that long made it a bit easier to leave at the end.
