If you use Cheers, I've found adding a $1 per refill is worthwhile especially if you keep going to the same bartender and even more especially in the club when they're crowded! You will be noticed and you may get your drink w a bit extra from them too!

If it's a portable battery operated, I'd carry on.

Not entirely true. Depends on what ship/room/TV.

I've used my AppleTV on a few cruises. Although, my success rate with this is very low..on the 22 Carnival cruises I've been on, it only worked about 3 times. I always bring my laptop & speaker with me as a backup screen to watch on.

But yea, I agree with the above - don't plan on it :)

Gift cards applied to your on-board account will be used to fund your Sail and Sign account. You can put the cards on your account on board and then purchase Cheers (currently Cheers cannot be pre-purchased with gift cards). Remember, Cheers is $5.00 a day more when purchased on-board.

Found this out the hard way. Oh well..guess I'm buying Cheers beforehand for extra 10% discount and using GC's I bought for extra OBC. Not like they're gonna go to waste!

Just learned the hard way by paying my deposit and then (unfortunately waiting 2 days to go buy VIP tix)...the GA tix are all sold out and no mention of VIP tix on the shore excursions site.

I called Carnival and was told "maybe this one doesn't have VIP tickets."

Very helpful.

Anyone have any more info on VIP and availability? I was surprised they sold out so early.

Hey all.

So I JUST got back from the Trace Adkins Carnival Live on the Conquest (amazing btw) and I was saddened that I could not find the Conquest Carnival Koozie. It's actually the only thing I've been collecting each time I've been on and this ship didn't have it. :(

I was also on the maiden voyage of the Vista and they too did not have it (I chalked that up to being a brand new ship and maybe not everything in stock yet)

So my questions are:

A) Does anyone have either I could procure from them?

B) Does anyone know if they discontinued these?

C) If C is yes, does anyone have any tissues I can have?
