Thanks everyone for the replies. This FCC was from 2019 and because of the pandamic it has been transfered as credit. Maybe they took the amount that covers only the deposit. Contacting RCII is frustrating. The balance has an expiry date (Dec22) and I dont think I will go on cruise after OCT. And it is not allowed to use it on board. Hello, I would like to share my issue wishing some can give me an advise in this regards. I have already a reservation on Royal Caribbean for a trip next October22 and I used my FCC as redumption to pay the deposit but was suprised they have used part of it not all, I still have remaining amount with them (187$). I am from Bahrain I emailed RCI to know how to use it and every time I get a reply after months and they just say nothing repating the same thing that I have FCC. Finally they answered me with a number to call to ask to apply my FCC to my current booking. I called but the line hang up!. Final payment is after 2 weeks and till now I have no idea how to apply this amount to my booking. If any one have an idea please share. Your assistant will be highly appreciated. Thanks
