  1. I'll go even further. MillerCoors will soon be owned by, drum roll:

    Anheuser Busch!:eek::D

    Bud, Busch, MGD, MHL, Stella, Coors, Corona, Grolsch, Michelob, Rolling Rock, Shock Top, Johnny Appleseed. Mickey's, Olde English, King Cobra, Blue Moon, Foster's, Molson's, Redd's, Keystone and Steel Reserve will now be made by the same company. Just a heads up!;)

    It's the way of the world. And don't get me wrong, I do enjoy the occasional Blue Moon with orange (or a shot of Grand Mariner) from time to time.

  2. My husband and I had it on the Legend and thought it was awful...like coloured Coors or something. To top it off they serve it in a chilled glass..whats all that about.

    Its not strong either...get some 9% belgian ales down you :D

    Maybe we are hard to please as we are real ale/craft beer enthusiasts and spend cruise holidays drinking blue moon and cigar city...wish ships did better beers that don't cost the earth.

    This made me chuckle as 1) Blue Moon is not a craft beer and 2) it is owned by MillerCoors.

  3. Read Tapi's post and you will have your answer.

    Read both of their posts on this thread before I posted my question. Still don't see the benefit.

    I can easily book my own cruise online. Or find a TA who is offering OBC when Carnival isn't. Unless there is some hidden benefit to a PVP, I'll take the better deal wherever it comes from.

  4. My opinion is that, if you know exactly which cruise you want for 12 months out, it's definitely worth booking ES on the ship for the on board credit for the next cruise. ($50 for three to five day cruises, $75 for six days, $100 for seven-12 days and $200 for 13+.)

    Bingo! We will be on the Breeze in December and will be booking our 4-day August 2016 cruise and our 13-day Pride cruise while on board.
