  1. If I bring a refillable mug with me, can I fill it up in the buffet and bring it to my room? Also, anyone have an exact list of what is included(free) on the cruise? Thanks.

  2. I wasn't suggesting super late nights in a bar. I was suggesting some relaxing evening activity including all in our party. Sitting at a table( kids have no business sitting at a bar in my opinion)listening to music and talking. Not for hours at a time...just an end to the day.

  3. Thanks for the comment. I have no problem being with my son and I don't gamble either. But HE is the one that wants to do everything and experience everything. He loves to sit and listen to music and talk. I more or less wanted to know if there is an age limit for pre-teens to enter these places.

  4. My son is 12 going on 30! lol He wants no part of the kids clubs. He enjoys hanging out with adults. He is travelling with me, his aunt and uncle to the caribbean. He wants to do all that we do. I of course told him he couldn't go into the casino. But my question is, can he sit in the "bar" areas and enjoy sitting and talking and listening to music? None of us drink and because he is from Europe, he is used to it not being a big deal. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

  5. The gold standard is a Passport . A Passport car is a good choice. The only thing requires is a government picture ID and birth certificate.( I was told that the birth certificate had to have a raised seal but mine is 50 years old and doesnt have a raised seal. Will there be problems? Also, I was told that the passport had to be valid at least 6 months after the cruise. Is that true?

If you have to leave the ship and come home early . A passport will be required to fly home.

    Thank you!

  6. Thanks for the info. I assumed you must be able to split them up but the response I got from MSC was vague and not very helpful. Sadly, that is how I have found the service to be in general so far. I hope it is better on board. I've read mixed reviews. It's a bit worrying :(

I also found their website to be VERY lacking and also the way the salespeople handle questions. It was terrible how they weren't even informed about basic things. I do not want to book unless my questions are answered. Not too much to ask is it?

  7. I am a US citizen and will be travelling from Miami to the Caribbean and back to Miami. My passport expires in November 2016 and my cruise is in July. Can I use that passport or will I need to spend another 110$ to get a new one? Also, is a passport card valid for travel? The family members that are travelling with me do not have passports. WHat will they need to travel? Thank you.

  8. I just read that room service items are not free!?!?!? Is that true? It is very misleading if true. Please tell me what drinks are included in the price of the cruise, when I can drink and where? I am thinking of just buying a few vouchers for sodas if I need one. Is coffee, iced tea and water included? How do the paying restaurants work? I am only familiar with Disney and not MSC ways. Can we eat as much as we want in the restaurants? Try a few different things? Traveling with family in a Fantastica Balcony room July 2016. Thank you.

  9. I too am very confused. I called the cruiseline and they don't even know what is available! Me and my family do not drink alcohol. We are fine with water or iced tea. Can anyone tell me what EXACTLY there is to drink that is free and when we can drink it? I was thinking that during meals there is at least water and iced tea. Am I right? Also let's say that I want a drink between meals...can I go to the buffet which is open 20 hours a day and get a free drink of something? ANy help is appreciated! On Disney non alcoholic drinks are free all day long and on Norwegian it is only 6.95 a day per person for unlimited soda and water. So paying 20.00 and up a day per person tp drink is a lot of money. Thank you.
