I hope they get the website working by June 28. Right now, I can't even get into the cruise planner for either of my reservations and I get an error when I click on set-sail pass.
Have you tried to use a different web browser such as Firefox, Chrome, or Internet Explorer. It seems more and more web sites are getting picky these days on which one they like to work on.

Storm Related? Delayed??

We did the online check-in for our upcoming cruise and it was a breeze. To upload you photo is pretty easy. Stand in front of a plain wall and snap a selfie. Email it or download to your computer and and then upload it. It didn't take long at all and I guess is saves some time from doing it at the port???

Couple of questions that I can't find searching:
1. Our arrival for June 8th says to come at 10-10:30am, what time would you suggest arriving at Cape Liberty?
2. Where do drop your luggage off at. I see different numbered areas as you pull up to the terminal, but which one do you go to?

Put a note on the door: "I gave you an 8.3, but the wife said 9.2!!"

How long did dinner usually take for you time wise?

Thank you, those are very helpful to make plans for our June Cruise.

Question, we are driving to Cape Liberty in June for our 7 day cruise. Do you just proceed to the parking area or do you drop you luggage off first? Also, when arriving do they take you tagged luggage or do you take it inside when you check in? We have done our online check-in and have our tags.

From what I read and understand is yes, you pull up and drop your bags with your luggage tags attached. You can even drop off your passengers to wait for you. Pull ahead to the parking area. Now, I have read that if the garage is full they will direct you to the overflow outdoor lot across the street, but you will get a spot.
