It's been a wonderfully relaxing day.

Finally succeeded at some afternoon 💤

I'm 0-3 so far at catching an afternoon nap but I'm going to try again!

Still a beautiful day out.

Now that @Mklbee has finished my drink for me, I'm heading off to the walking track.

So is that what has happened here 🤔

Just a little something cute they do. The kids and kids at heart love it. I could take it or leave it, but it is cute. P.s. ship gets decorated Saturday I will be sure to tag you when I spot the gingerbread display 😉

No server in casino annex. One earlier when I was taking pictures and the server to gambler ratio was 1:1. I should have stopped in then. Got a daiquiri at main casino and enjoying it now in my swing bench.

I've stopped off at the room and Stuart has taken my laundry and left an elephant. But wait, I am inheriting quite a zoo here 🙂 Interesting that until recently I only got to keep them when I was in an Ocean View. I could leave them in the window. Now it's happened a few times in an inside. On our 14 day, my mom had to ask for them to be removed, they were getting a bit out of hand but it's just me and just six days (I change rooms) so I will enjoy my new friends.

I did not get the full buffet line, it was too crowded for photos, unlike the salad bar that was going mostly untouched. But here is the menu for the rest of the buffet.

I'm not a sports fan but here is what is on the schedule for this cruise. I didn't even know Las Vegas had a team, that's how up to date I am with my sports 😆 There is no proper sports bar on this ship so everything has been at the casino bar. I think they also play them at Red Frog, I know they have TVs in there. Last night they were showing Basketball. Miami Vs Kentucky I think. I will check it out tomorrow night, see what the situation is. I imagine it will be crowded.

For dessert I had a slice of tiramisu cheesecake. It was not bad, but not as good as usual. Something about it was off that I can't quite put my finger on.

Right as I finished my salad, my pasta was ready.

They had cheese and proteins at the salad station today!

Heading off now to explore the ship and get some pics to sprinkle in the review.

I won, but the SOAS is still in hiding. Only five people showed up, so it's not like I'm a genius just had no competition. No coffee line. I like that it stays open in port. On Freedom it closed at like 10 and you had to use the coffee bar on Lido, which didn't have a blender so no frappes for me.

At Ocean Plaza for trivia. Really hoping that they have ship on a stick, even if I don't win. They are becoming quite rare to spot.

All casino offers back from 2022 when Carnival was being very generous with their offers just to get their future booking numbers inflated for the investors. Now they are strong on their own and my casino rates and IL rates aren't great. It's a great day for Grand Turk! Sunny and warm without being oppressivly hot out. Great time of year for the Bahamas and more northerly Caribbean islands.

That burrito hit the spot! It's a beautiful day out today in Grand Turk. The sun is shining and Jimmy Buffet is being played on Lido.

Burrito timer. Asked for extra of the important stuff and got a nice fat burrito today.

+1.2 lbs today. Yesterday's steps.

Funny how that happens. I don't even need chatty really just a smile, a Hello, or don't set my plate down and just walk off. Feels cold and impersonal. Maybe things will improve tonight Thanks, you too 😁
