Good morning everyone and happy Halloween. With last night's time change we are now just two hours ahead of Eastern. I'm up early so I am going to get going and meet my mom for breakfast again.

I'm back in the cabin after another fabulous day at sea in the Carnival Freedom. We're on the final week on this incredible journey to Europe and back. Good night.

No nothing like that. I think the floors around the showers were redone, as water used to bubble up from under the tiles and I have not noticed that yet. I'm surprised to see an investment being made in this area. Very nice. Explorer of the Seas had a nice new refurbishment to their locker room area this year also. Edited to add I'm assuming it was refurbished as it was just out of dry dock and looked immaculate. If it wasn't, the upkeep on the area was top notch.

Piano man called out sick. Moved to red frog for freedom rockband. It's my life 🎶

Too wet again to sit outside. So listening to the string trio in the atrium until the piano man comes on. Thunder 🎻

If I have I don't recall. Room service is one of those things i do when its 3am and I need food but I can't stand in the pizza line. I'll try to remember it next time that happens.

The casino actually has some availability. Did elegant dinner actually pull them away or are people burning through their bankroll.

I don't see any difference between now and before the remodel. They left it alone so I'm happy 😃. What did they do to Conquest?

That cheesecake was very good. I don't know how it's taken me this long to try a slice of that but glad I finally did. I'm going to say the cheesecake at the steakhouse is still better by a tiny margin, but then you can't buy just that you have to buy the whole meal.

Guess they are playing fast and loose with their descriptions 😆

It was a reasonable ratio of bread to crab/filler fish Probably a filler fish but I'm not sure. It wasn't pleasant whatever it was.

The Alfredo was ok. I haven't ordered it since they changed it to come with chicken since I don't like to waste the chicken. I did, but it still was just OK. It tasted fine, it just didn't wow me. The salmon was 10/10 good. Very tasty I sure hope that survived the menu change or that's my last shot at it. For dessert I got the cheesecake from the coffee bar.

Crab cake was going very good. Had a nice flavor and lots of crab. I love the apple slaw it came with, I don't remember that before. But it had some tiny bones in it. That's a major texture issue for me. Instant appetite killer. Wish I'd gone for the mushrooms now. Teriyaki salmon and fettuccine Alfredo 704

Exactly why I skipped it 😆. Smallest entrée I've ever seen. It is good though I love the sauce it is served in. I thought about those mushrooms but skipped them. It's another item that changed over the years and not for the better. Will be glad to see the new menus roll out, at least I won't be comparing it to the original recipe. I did get the salmon, it's usually very good in that teriyaki glaze it comes with. Waiter confirmed it will come with the bed of noodles that it was missing last time, I was getting it either way but my mom wants it specifically for the noodles.

I can usually find one or two things I like on each line but I'm never impressed.

Didn't really sleep just sorta laid here. My mom dozed off a couple times. Lucky. Checked in for dinner at 601 with a 60-70 minute wait. It's elegant night so I will have to hide my legs 🦵
