So security would shut down a "for entertainment purposes only" poker game??? [emoji23]

Do they run poker games on some ships?
Thought I read somewhere of a "card room", but it doesn't look close to the casino.

Just realized mixing Nassau and Nausea while reading a thread title can lead to immense confusion! [emoji15]

I wonder if the cabins in front of the trees are considered an obscured view like the B&J Sweet?
Good argument there! Ha!

Here is another shot of the Christmas tree on Independence this year. I was thrilled it was up and lit two days before Thanksgiving. I was disappointed last year on the Navigator when the tree was not only unlit but they still hadn't put the top section up when we disembarked after Thanksgiving day.

Slightly different than the trees on board, but ties in appropriately.
Fellow Crown and Anchor member decorated his tree with what he called "the most expensive ornament you can buy"!!!

Oh cool! First I've seen of gingerbread houses! Anyone heard of the other ships doing this?

Since there are already numerous pictures of the Allure Christmas tree, I will try to add something different to the thread.
This is the tree at Terminal 18 at Port Everglades waiting to board the Allure:
The poinsettia at the Central Park area:
Ornament from the tree on the Allure:
Christmas tree outside of Falmouth shopping mall compound on the other side of the gate:

I will be on the Liberty in two weeks. I have seen a recent compass and there is one Zumba class listed. I am a Zumba instructor as well as my daughter who will be cruising with me. From what I have seen of a "Zumba" class, it was held in the promenade and was run by the activities staff. I am not sure if any of them were certified (shame on them for using the Zumba name if they aren't). When we were on the Liberty last year we found the group fitness area in the gym to be empty most of the time so we just did our own Zumba in there since we both teach the same choreos. I would love to see Zumba classes added to the fitness schedule. I know I would attend some classes.
We sailed on the Liberty back in April. The cruise director, Amy Fickert-Southgate, did hold a couple of Zumba classes. She is a certified Zumba instructor, as being one myself I checked. :)
Unfortunately she is no longer with the Liberty.
Not sure on recent classes as to who is leading them.
