Print your receipt and take it with you when you travel. You can also have someone submit your travel information on your behalf. means you may have to access a pc on the ship to print it off.

I don’t think it will allow you to complete your arrival information until you are within the 72 hour timeframe. When I was in the US last week I attempted to fill in my arrival details about four days before our arrival in Canada and it would not allow me to do so. So I am assuming it was because I was not within a 72 hour block.

I Would download the app now and complete the pertinent information then save and close the app and 72 hours before entering Canada you will need to go on and complete the arrive can with your arrival date time and port of entry.

We are in a Canada New England cruise departing NYC with 2 CDN ports of call. I will complete the ArrivCAN app before I depart NYC and have been fully vaccinated and will have an antigen test as required. Question: what takes place when we depart at the CDN port for our shore excursion? Will Princess have our ArrivCAN info to provide with its manifest or will each person be required to show their QR code from ArriveCAN as they depart the ship?
