Porto - ship to town for excursion

Happy to report the same tour is available now at 2 pm so we were happy to sign up for that one, thanks everyone! -
We arrive at 8 am at the port of Leixcos on Celebrity Equinox. The tour we’re interested in meets in Porto at 9 am. Do we have any chance of making it? Tour operator says it’s a 25 minute cab ride to meeting point. The tour only operates at 9 am. Thanks!
