i think with traffic nowadays it sensible to arrive earlier than take a risk. Friends of us got stuck in traffic for over 3 hours and missed their cruise.

 

Out of interest where do i find boarding times? Got our tickets and don’t recall seeing that anywhere.

With prestige package can one order a bottle of wine at dinner or have to have a long wait for the sommellier to refill glasses! We get very thirsty!

On tours through Thailand and Vietnam I always gathered sandwiches and cakes in a napkin from the on board coffee shop before we left for emergencies if we did not like lunch!

Not sure when the last time some of you disembarked in Miami, but in January I booked a HoHO tour through Oceania. They picked us up in the open top buses at the terminal, the luggage went in a box truck and stayed there until we picked it up by their main stop at Bayside Mall. Then there was a separate shuttle that took us to the airport.

 

I think the cost was about $10 pp more than an Oceania transfer. Your flight had to be after a certain time to be able to take it.

Does Oceania have a tour around Miami with drop off at International Airport. We have a whole day wait at airport and have done it before and it is awful!

I am considering either drinks package or on board spending. We are wine at lunch x 2, evening spirits x 4, wine at dinner x 2 and after dinner liquers x 2. Which would be better value in your experience? Oceania cruises.

Just back from fabulous cruise on Journey however a warning if you like to sleep-in don't book Cabin 7009 because early mornings when tendering you hear the very loud noise of the anchors being lowered! Not good.

Thanks for all your comments. I like to tip the waiters who bring room service. However after your thoughts wont be giving them £2 coins that I have saved up! Good idea to give to the Fund.
