  1. Thank you @Rick&Jeannie and @insidecabin. Your replies are helpful and mostly what I expected but was hoping otherwise. I think that even they are not sure how much or little movement will cause problems so I won't encourage more than just presenting the itinerary to them. I know that when we sail along the east coast, even when we don't notice the movement, we hear others complaining about how rough it is so I understand that everyone's sensitivity can vary greatly. Thanks again!
  2. We are looking forward to our cruise in 2025. We do not have any issues with the movement of the ship but we are trying to get another couple to go with us and they are concerned. How rough does it typically get during this itinerary, (knowing that there can be variables changing the norm)? We will be going late May to Early June if it matters. I know that the tender may be too rough for them but so far we just have one tender port listed. Thanks!
  3. Regarding downloading the photos from the app, another thing to be aware of is that you must go into your settings to allow the app to access your photos. Without allowing that I do not know how to access them, at least on an Apple device. If you do not know how to set that permission the Photo staff will be happy to assist you.
  4. As you said, you definitely want to have the printed confirmations with you and don't rely on email on your phone unless you can access it without wifi/cell. I was not able to pull up the confirmations on my phone for my daughter and her friend, even with the ship's wifi, when we had an issue and had to get our printed copies from our cabin to resolve our issues. Unfortunately, all the issues did not show up for us all at once, so we were at Guest services multiple times the first 2 days. It turned out that they didn't have any of their Free at Sea or their pre-paid gratuities entered on their accounts and they hadn't noticed online.
  5. Thanks for letting me know that I am not alone in this issue. We still have a little time before our sailing so hopefully it gets resolved soon. I will keep watching it and have my TA ask if she has a reason to call in the next few days. If it doesn't show up in another week, I will pursue it further. Just want to make sure we don't have issues onboard. We had that once with my daughter and her friend and spent the first 2 days of the sailing at Guest Services getting everything fixed - good thing I brought their confirmations with me.
  6. For those that have added the Free at Sea Plus, how long did it take to see it in the app/web page for your sailing? I have the confirmation and amenity confirmation from my TA that shows that everything was added two days ago but what I can see for the sailing is still not showing the upgrades, it is still showing them as available to upgrade individually. (I do not have NCL air for those having that issue). Thanks
