we are doing back to back. it is the same, but we figured if we liked something we can do it again, and if we hear about something great we can do it the second week. we are older and have been on a lot of cruises so we hope this works well. we have to fly to port, so we'll get more bang for our bucks. a 2 week vacation. I certainly would not want to fly from Australia for a 7 day vacation. you might just book another cruise and maybe get off on sat and get on another ship on sun. we have done that. ad

do they still have martini and mijito flights? enjoyed them last year.

the food in the specialtys is very good (much better than main dining.) we eat filets or lobster about every night. did not like the Brazilian steakhouse as much as others and will skip that this time. my husband does not drink and I might try to get my moneys worth. not a good idea.

we are going on a back to back this may. i'd like inf on g etting off and on. we have the same cabin. do we have to get in long line to get a new card,etc? anything we should know? thanks ad

knew someone who went on it about 5 years ago. they really liked it. said food was very good also.

since the ship isnew they have new machines which is nice

I love to sit on the balcony and read or drink. not too windy very often. love to stand there and watch us come into port.

we are flying into Miami in may before our cruise. looking for a hotel that would pick us up at airport, take us to port the next day,have a little breakfast, and have a decent place to eat within walking distance. we have cruised out of Miami 2 times lately and not fared too well on hotels. any ideas? thanks ad

le bistro #1 escargot and French onion soup. we can't eat enough of all the good food. the Brazilian steak house does not live up to a real one. salad bar was good. cagneys is our #2

0n a 5 night cruise do they have the cocktail party? also, do they have lobster? on their everyday menu do they have escargot and French onion soup?

so is it the same as a couple of years ago? smoked salmon, pastries, oj, champagne, bloody marys,etc.

haven't sailed on celebrity in 18 m0nths so this may seem foolish to some.

escargot used to be on the everyday menu. then it wasn't. then it was supposed to back, but last time we sailed it was not. is it back now?

I'm curious too. We sail August 2 on the Getaway. I would love to hear any secrets about it.

we have the free specialty dining. if we make reservations on line will they charge us for the dinners? should we make reservations?

our flight is 11:20. can we get off ship early (like 8am)?
