I just noticed that Princess has replaced Victoria BC port with Prince Rupert; has anyone been to that port? Do you have suggestions for activities or excursions? Thanks

When can I book specialty restaurants pre-cruise?

We were able to book specialty restaurants 2 weeks before sailing, but I didn't bother to look any earlier than that time.
