Glad to hear everyone is enjoying our inaugural edition of Society Pages. We are investigating the data issue with incorrect TA's listed and apologize for any confusion. I will update with a new post once I learn the scope of this problem.

Block party is very much still happening. It is a Regent staple. It will be occurring tomorrow night in Barcelona. Lots of late programming in the early part of the voyage but will be on for tomorrow.
-
The Mariner will have the new menus and conversion to Chartreuse following drydock in the Spring of 2017.

Dennis,
I'm not a bourbon connoisseur but had the F&B Director confirm our bourbon selections on board as: Jack Daniel’s, Maker’s Mark, Jim Beam, Wild Turkey.
-
Pam, the sauces are available, as are the sides, with any dish. The choice is yours!

Mr Del Rio and his family did disembark in Monte Carlo. I am on for five glorious days and hope to see many of you. The roll out schedule for the expanded CR menus fleet wide are mid-October for NAV, following drydock for VOY and MAR. It is exceptional. Lobster, Filet mignon or Dover Sole every night, if you desired. And the room is gorgeous.

Thank you TC2 for bringing Explorer to life. You shared the soul of this memorable voyage very admirably. All the best to you and your DH.

Rich, great job in sharing so much information and it was super to see you by Reception.
For Freddie, yes the phenomenal choices offered during the Preview Christening cruise are the new standards and are re-defining Compass Rose. The multiple choices, available every evening with a wide selection of sides, sauces are complemented with numerous specials.

Sorry all as I am probably not putting this information in the right place but I heard back from the shipyard regarding comments on the number of computers we will have following some feedback from CC members. We will now have 4 stations in the business center enabling guests to print boarding passes etc.. and it will be attended by the manager to offer any necessary assistance.
-
Appreciate all the energy around this topic. Based on limited space, we needed to begin somewhere. I'm hopeful that the criteria we started with is a good place to start. However with anything new, we'll observe and listen to feedback.

Thanks for your comments. Laundry and Dry Cleaning services are certainly some of the most valued benefits. As stated, unlimited Dry Cleaning is provided for our Titanium travelers, for those who have sailed 400+ nights. However we have added limited valet laundry services for our Gold Members with 75+ nights and there are free garment pressing options beginning at the Silver level.

Hi all. The Infinity pool within Canyon Ranch SpaClub will be accessible for those with Spa Treatments booked plus guests in Penthouse Categories and above and also for Platinum and Titanium Society Members.
That's the plan for the launch and then we'll see how demand works out and adjust accordingly. -
I'm signing off the chat for now but thanks for all the great questions! I'll check back and respond to anything I've missed so keep them coming. Seven Seas Explorer will be christened July 13th in a celebration featuring Her Serene Highness Princess Charlene of Monaco and featuring a concert by Andrea Bocelli. We will have a webcast available to follow along and details will be available soon.

Carolyn, thanks very much for the wonderful dialogue and opportunity. -
Grand Suites on Seven Seas Explorer have a separate living area from the bedroom and separated with a door. It’s a regular wall, and I think you may be seeing the mirror tile that’s shown in the rendering.

Most excited about:
1) Pacific Rim
2) Balcony sizes
3) Infinity Plunge Pool in Canyon Ranch SpaClub
And yes, I have the privilege of sailing on all of our vessels! Favorite cruise thus far was Seven Seas Navigator to Alaska when I got engaged! Perhaps TMI! -
Ricky Ballinger is F&B Director on Seven Seas Explorer!

Thanks Carolyn. Those special touches that you saw in person are coming together every day. I am especially excited to witness the culinary arts kitchen classes along with the amazing new menus in each of our five restaurants.
Good question.
Would like to see the answer to this if Randall has the time.
Great comment and I apologize for my narrow minded US thinking! Our incredible UK team based out of our expanded Southampton office has their own collection of fly/cruise programs for our UK guests. Perhaps not Business Class Air yet but this also enables significant credits for those who arrange their own air. -
We’re evolving our whole entertainment program and leveraging the award-wining expertise from our sisters at Norwegian Cruise Line. I had a chance attend a rehearsal session for some of the new shows debuting on Seven Seas Explorer, and they are fabulous. I think our guests will be pleasantly surprised by the caliber of talent and level of production we are bringing not only to Seven Seas Explorer, but across the Regent fleet.
The production cast along with the Assistant Cruise Director and Social Hostess will be hosting and leading the Regent Rewards games. We are working on some new Rewards prizes but as I told my kids, isn't it about the pride and not the prize? -
Great to hear you created a bond with Marjana. We take great pride in our team. They are the heart and soul of our brand and many of our crew have been with us for years and years, so you always have some familiar faces when you return and cruise with us again. Marjana will be the head sommelier on Seven Seas Explorer.

No worries Mike. Thanks for the question. We did a quick photo shoot following drydock but the focus of the energy was on the upgrading of all the Penthouse, Concierge and Deluxe suites and amazing enhancements to Compass Rose, the library and a new Coffee Connection. The public spaces on deck 6 are dramatically improved. There are some photos on the website and you can see others on the blog and more will be incoporated into our marketing materials moving forward.

Thanks for entrusting us with your vacation dreams. We work our waitlists in priority order by category so the fact that you have waitlisted multiple categories bodes well! That first LA-MIA Panama Canal voyage came out with our initial Seven Seas Explorer Launch very hot. I stay tuned as we work the waitlists constantly and then still join us for the Barcelona adventure!

Two in a row for Flossie! Great observations on your part and I firmly these are great times for the luxury cruise consumers. Yes, there is more competition coming and that requires we all continue to innovate and find new ways to differentiate ourselves and stay relevant. Our all-inclusive messaging is consistently how we separate ourselves and the recent addition of free Business Class Air is another arrow in that quiver. And of course the launch of Seven Seas Explorer with all she has to offer as the world's most luxurious ship keeps setting the bar higher.
With regards to Navigator, she is a big part of our future. We recently launched our 2018 World Cruise aboard her and she came out of an extensive drydock in April looking better than ever. -
Great question Flossie. Our philosophy has always been to encourage and reward those who book early. We are still deploying our quarterly price increases as well. Realistically, there are times when demand for a certain voyage requires additional attention and we try and attack by increasing our value-add offerings as we have our Free Land programs in Asia as an example.
Occasionally when price action is required , we offer some concessions , generally in the form of a shipboard credit or upgrade to mitigate the gap. However if I, and our team, are doing our jobs well, we create programs with exciting itineraries and value that these situations are minimal.

Freddie,
Sorry I missed the question regarding Chartreuse. Yes, Signatures will be converted to Chartreuse during her October dry-dock with Mariner converted during her Spring 2017 drydock.
