We had ours and our friends traveling with us booked with NCL air and we just got a letter stating that they cannot guarantee that we will fly on the same plane even though we paid the extra to be insured we would fly together. Big disappointment. We booked a direct flight with American and are paying a lot more, but it's nonstop, we have our seats and know exactly when we are flying so we can set up ground transportation. Now we'll have to wait for NCL to credit back our flights.

I was just wondering what experiences you all have had with the fly free promo that NCL offers. Are we able to pick our seats or upgrade? We have decided to fly the day of the cruise, and the ship doesn't leave until 5 pm. Has anyone been delayed and missed the embarkation?

We changed our booking and even though we asked for the same class of balcony (BB), it now shows that we have an IF-BB classification. Does anyone know what that means?
