Have a family member in a two person cabin unable to make the trip last minute due to a career change. We’re obviously way past the final payment date. Seems to be the prevailing advice is to simply make her a no-show and they’ll refund the port charges and prepaid gratuity, which is perfectly fine.
Has anyone ever asked them to simply apply that amount towards onboard credit for that cabin instead of a refund to the credit card used to pay the initial payments?
