I don’t think you will need more than a light jacket. I never have in 5 cruises to the Caribbean.

I prefer Radiance Class ships. Also, loved the Sovereign of the Seas back in the days before cruise ships had balconies. We sailed her when she was new and then a few years later. Loved that ship.

We love, love, love San Juan, St Maarten, Cozumel, and San Juan. We also like St Thomas as we typically go over to St John for hiking or snorkeling.

ON one of our cruises several years ago we arrived that early and most of the shops were closed. There were some open stalls/shops right when you get off the tender. I would have a relaxing breakfast and then do your excursion.

I'm really enjoying your review. We loved the Sherlock Holmes musical trivia as well. It's very different than the typical Princess trivia. It was really fun. They held ours in the Vista Lounge and it was packed.

THank you for your Royal Princess review. I got off the Regal last Sunday and I'm having cruise withdrawal symptoms. I booked another cruise but on a Grand Class. Thinking I might change it to another Regal cruise.

Enjoyed the Greenhouse downtown. Good appetizers and strong drinks.

I hope it gets better for you. We just finished a cruise and thought the food and choices were really good. A few things not to our liking but in general very good. We asked for a couple of the old every day menu items and got them.

I would stay at Amber Cove. I rarely suggest to people to stay at a cruise center. I'm all for exploring new places. Puerto Plata has little to offer. We didn't enjoy it that much. We cut our taxi tour short and came back to enjoy Amber Cove.

On the cruise with you. We are loving it. We've found lots of good places out of the wind and the temperature is great. Not too hot. Our balcony is at the perfect angle. We have an extended. I was able to set out at 11 pm last night and sitting there now.

Loving it.

We love this ship. I've sailed many of the Grand Class. This ship is beautiful and what a buffet.

There is six of us. My niece has a rental van so she will be driving us from the hotel to the port. Is it easier for her to drop us off right at the terminal with the luggage and then her and one other of us take the shuttle back to the terminal?

Just trying to figure logistics.

It seems highly unlikely to me that a ship's doctor would tell passengers to adjust their blood pressure medicine. The liability to Princess without the doctor examining passengers before dispensing advice would be huge.

Depends on how long back you booked, insurance you took - you may take a big Hit?

Sorry I have no idea as I did not look at any clocks really. I just kept my watch on ship time which I assume is the same as St. M. Time. I can't confirm for sure though.

Ok Thanks. I'm probably confused there was someone on the boards who said they would check and let me know. I'll have to go back and figure out who it was.

Had a great day today in Saint Martin watching planes land and take off. It was very hot out ,It was to be expected .went in the water at maho beach and it was wonderful ,but it's a strong current. We're just getting ready to leave port from Saint Martin and we have 2 Sea days .

Taxis were very organized in Saint Martin we had 14 in the van to Maho beach so it was eight dollars a person.

I have more to say later when I return ,right now don't want to use all my Internet minutes .still need to communicate with family and friends back home.

Wonderful cruise so far.

I sure hope the Sapphire really is doing Europe in 2018. I will definitely book.

I can see the Specialty restaurants under onboard reservations now but don't see any way to pre-reserve. I'm on the Regal December 11.
