  1. Hi Regal cruisers. I'm hoping someone might be kind enough to take pictures and post the menus for the Regal's Caribbean cruises. I know I can probably google some comparable menus but with the new selections specific to the Caribbean I would be interested in seeing the menus.:):)

Also, for anyone on the 13th sailing, if you can come back and let me know if the island of St. Maarten is the same as ship's time or not, that would be great. We have a private tour and they are indicating to meet island time.

    Thanks in advance.

  2. When we sailed on the Regal the passenger corridors where closed off, so no access to your cabin regardless until 1

That's not typical if Princess. Was there something in particular that might have delayed access to cabins!

  3. We have tours in our other ports but have decided to take it easy and just wander around St. Thomas. We will walk into town and have mapped out a self-guided walking tour that goes to some places we want to see. Once we are done, we would like to find a place, perhaps with a nice view, and have a drink or two and some appetizers and people watch. Any suggestions? We are looking for really good prices.

  4. Not sure what the price per person was for your tour or how many in your party. You could try Joyce Prince tours and see if the price is similar. She lets you decide what you want to do for the day so if her price is similar to what your party was going to pay I know she does have the option to visit some artists studios and meet the artists. Google her and ask. She is very responsive. And, her tours are great.

  5. Sept. 26, Seattle, embarkation day (Cont.)

It is a bright, beautiful day in Seattle. Here is the view from our balcony, with the yacht club in the foreground and the Kitsap Peninsula across the Sound and the Olympic Mountains behind that:

The view out from starboard aft is of the Seattle skyline:

    More later,

Wow! You just made me want to sail out of Seattle. I am really enjoying reading your thread.

  6. This is a good thread for me to read. Our cruise on K will be our first HAL cruise. We sail Royal Caribbean and Princess. Go over to the Princess boards and you will see the same type of complaints about their new ships. People seem to want new but then are not happy because the things they like on previous ships aren't there. I think you have to decide what is a must on a cruise for you and what you don't mind giving up.

  7. Outrigger's is a great place, and surprisingly spacious, with tables, chairs and sofas...and super views

That sounds wonderful! I can't wait until we are back there on our Regal cruise.

Sounds like I need to try Beverly Hills Iced Tea -- do you know ingredients?

They are good, but strong.:eek::eek: I like a margarita with an extra shot of rum, Mucho Mangos are good, vodka on the rocks is always good.:D:D:D
