I am still trying to find a rental. They do have them from the airport in Quebec City to the Jetport in Portland. From what I can tell, it may be too early to reserve one, I have put fake dates in and get several companies that offer it. I am going to try closer to June and see what happens.

Hi, We are cursing from Boston to Quebec City in September and would like to drive back home to the Portland area. Has anyone done this before? If so any information on where to get a rental would be appreciated.
