I'm still following along. Your awesome reports make me wonder if my waitlist Sydney-Honolulu on Ovation next year doesn't work out if I should suck it up, fly to Houston and see some of these places.
Thanks again for taking the time to do this.

Hmmmm. Trying to find a delicate way to say what fanny means down here. Quoting from the episode of Big Bang Theory I'm watching at the moment "lady part". Apologies if anyone is offended.

Hi Harry. They may be fanny packs in the US but downunder its a (hope I don't get in trouble for using this word) bum bag. Fanny has a totally different meaning here.
Ps loving your review

Hi David. Thanks for doing this. I'm on the March GBR cruise.
Have you seen any notices about solo traveller meet ups?
Cheers Tracey

Hi Harry. Following along from NZ again. Still haven't made it to the Caribbean but you make it sound like it's worth the amount of time I'm going to have to spend in the air.

Hi. Hope you have a great holiday. January is peak tourist season plus us kiwis are on holiday so be sure to book accomodation in advance, especially Queenstown.

Hope you're feeling better now. Nothing worse than getting sick when you're on holiday.

Another solo cruiser following along as I tick down the days to my next cruise in March next year. My break is the opposite of yours. I leave the folks at home while I take a break.

What date do you depart? If you are departing on the 30 March Barrier Reef cruise it's Easter Friday, pretty much nothings open. All I've found open is the zoo.

Please keep in mind ....
This is on the PRINCESS Forum ... so the question is about taking life jackets to Princess muster drills. :)
Apologies. Will pay more attention in future.

No life jackets on Royal Caribbean out of Sydney to South Pacific in March this year

Celebrity are going the same itinerary in late March 2018. Weather should be better (fingers crossed as I'm booked on it!)

Just off Explorer as well and found staff great and food good. What amazed me was the number of grumpy passengers, you're on a cruise so be happy!

I'm here Harry. It's only 6.45pm in New Zealand
(Slightly less so) Cheapo dad's trip report on Independence of the Seas

Hi Harry. I used your elevator tip on Explorer last year. Worked perfectly. I'll be using it again on my cruise next month. Tracey
