  1. We are also considering going with scenicbarbadostours.net They have a Cruise Line Visitor 4 hour tour (2 hours sightseeing 2 hours beach time). The price is very reasonable, the only problem is emails from them are very slow in getting to me.

  2. Okay, so my continuing saga with Glory Tours......I finally received my documentation today via email from them and Sarah asked me to reply back stating I got the "Activity Pass"......so I did and the email that I sent (which I just clicked "reply" on the email) came back as undeliverable......so they must have a huge glitch in their email address....I guess. So now debating whether I "stay the course" and hope everything will work out with this excursion, it is the "Explore & Discover Barbados" or keep with the cancelation??? Was wondering if anyone else is having trouble with Glory Tours email addresses?

  3. WARNING ABOUT GLORY TOURS!!!!!! We booked an excursion through Glory Tours on Feb. 12 for an upcoming cruise. Here is what they stated in their email to us on Feb. 12 ""Within minutes of you submitting your order you will receive a purchase confirmation confirming the amount charged to your card. Following that Glory Tours will email you a activity pass within 24-48 hours of your purchase. Your tour pass is an important document and confirms that you are scheduled for the tour. You must have this document with you to join your activity ." Well we were supposed to receive our "Activity Pass" within 24 - 48 hours after we made payment, that was on Feb. 13, nothing from them yet so I emailed them....all 3 of their contact emails came back as undeliverable.....YIKES!!!! So I had to contact my credit card company to cancel this payment.

  4. What I have been reading is that there are some good things to see on land.....so trying to find a "Land & Sea" tour. Found one through glory tours called "Explore & Discover Barbados" all day $75pp. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

  5. My wife and I are taking a Sunny Liston tour on Easter Sunday 2015 (that is when our RCCL cruise is in port) and have the option of taking the 9a.m., 10a.m. or 11a.m. pickup for shopping in Charlotte Amalie before the 12p.m. sightseeing portion of the tour begins. I was just wondering if there will be any shops open on Easter Sunday or will everything be closed down. We are not shoppers but would pick up a few trinkets or just look around the area, just didn't know if anything would be open and what time to choose for pickup. Thanks for any advice

  6. We have checked into Blue Lagoon cruise and also Captain Cook Cruise and chose Capt. Cook 7 night Yasawa Island cruise. The prices were about the same, our deciding factor was the staterooms. Blue Lagoon has small windows/portholes with the entry door on the inside hallway of the boat. Capt. Cook has two larger windows and a door going out to the outside rail, so it is like kind of having a small balcony.

  7. We will be in port @ St. Thomas on Easter Sunday....was wondering if we take the ships excursion to St. John, self explore, how easy it will be to get a taxi back to the ferry from the beaches since it is a holiday. We were going to stay on St. Thomas and take an off-ship tour but so many of them will be closed on Easter Sunday. Any suggestions?
