We enjoyed Cartegna very much in spite of the heat and humidity. From New Orleans so we’re used to it but that doesn’t mean we like it. I wish pasta bolognese was on the YC every day menu.  We have penne pasta with a marinara sauce instead. 
 

I’m going to give y’all some South Louisiana advice. If you’re north of Alexandria LA and it says gumbo be careful. If you’re on the high seas stay far away!!😁

If you’re near San Pedro Claver Church tomorrow there’s a little coffee shop just around the corner called Cafeto that has reasonably priced Colombian coffee and very good hot sauces and chocolate. We loaded up when we were there. 

If that’s gumbo I’m Mickey Mouse!!! You shoulda got the hot sauce if ya ask me. 😉

The night we saw the Groovy Band they opened with a Blues instrumental that showcased the lead guitarist. He’s very good and I gotta bet that was better than the Polka mashup!!!😳

As for a 50-pound limit, I don't think any of our suitcases are big enough to hold 50 pounds unless we pack them full of lead? We are each bringing a backpack, a carry-on-sized roller bag, and then were supposed to be sharing one 25-inch bag, but now my husband needed that one for his bundle, so we will share his carry-on.

We used their laundry service and they did a great job overnight. 

The Galaxy Restaurant is great as is the espresso at Cafe Italia. Adi at Cafe Italia is the best as well as one of the servers at the Luna Bar but I can’t recall his name. International karaoke was a lot of fun. We had a blast a couple of weeks ago on Divina with a similar itinerary. 

Divina booked times only for sea days for the thermal area but they were flexible and it was never very crowded. 

I’m local and an hour and twenty minutes would be really pushing it.  The airport is easy to navigate but baggage claim is horrendously slow so absolutely do not check luggage. Good luck but I’d try for earlier flights. 

Great review Jack and we were right there with you at the back of the Garden Cafe. We're local so the traffic at embarkation really affected us. But by the time we got there they had the computer issues fixed.

We made reservations for the first night and it was not crowded. The first night wine is half off of a bottle so a pretty good deal.

Greg, enjoy. We had a blast on the Dream's Halloween cruise. Dallas could have been better but we'll rebound. Who Dat!!

A guy on the Saints board said he was thinking about Teddy B while driving over the causeway yesterday morning. Another guy says tomorrow when you drive across the causeway think about Khalil Mack.

I have several cans of sun block with me...and various levels of SPF up to 70. Today I inadvertently went with 0 SPF and that was a mistake. If you’ve ever seen the movie summer rental, you know what I’m talking about.

Not anymore. I believe they did away with most network channels like NBC, ABC and CBS in cabins. You may be able to watch the game in the sports bar.
