Thanks, Scootaround said they
only had 3 wheels then said they would call him tomorrow. We will persevere.

My son was told by RCCL they use a company called "Cloud of Goods" for scooter rental. They use a 3 wheel scooter which is less stable. We have rented scooters before but through a different company through RCCL.

Yes, I pick it up in the Terminal on embarkation. The Special Needs people told me who to call.

Thanks for the tips. Yes my scooter is supposed to fit through door. I'm on a wait list for Handicap room if one becomes available. (I rented scooter through Cruise line) I'm traveling on RCCL.

Hi,
I have a recent colostomy as of 6/26. Ive been in and out of Hospital ever since for pain. My Cruise is 8/21. I'm learning the care of this thing slowly but surely. Got any tips and tricks? What do you carry your supplies in? I also have CPAP, a Dexcom system and an artificial eye. I rented a scooter for ship because we are at the back of a big one, heading to Alaska. I have a medical tag for the bag I'm putting medical supplies in and I know that bag has to be Medical supplies only and does not count as carry on. I'm nervous. I'm an experienced Cruiser at least.

Thank you. I will look. I ALWAYS pay the insurance when booking the trip. So much can happen in the interval. I feel hopeful about the trip. My cruising buddy is an experienced cruiser as well. I think resting on my balcony or anywhere is just what the Dr ordered! I live in landlocked Missouri

Thanks. I got the cancelation policy when booked the trip in Dec 2021. I just found out about surgery a couple of days ago.

I am having a huge abdominal surgery 7 weeks before a Cruise to Alaska that was canceled for Covid. My Cruising buddy is another nurse. We have insurance on Cruise, flights, I rented a scooter just in case - I have insurance on it too. We are sitting in the front of the plane which will be very helpful and we have direct flights. Any advice? I'm a bit nervous. Frankly if I need chemotherapy I will wait 10 days to start till we get back unless it's an emergency and then of course would need to cancel. Any tips to make life easier are welcomed

Thank you everyone. I had to go to Fed Ex to print them out, but was successful. We sail this Saturday, after 22 long months since our last Cruise.

How to find and print luggage tags? I saw mine once but I can't figure out how I got there. I think it was in the app.
Thanks,

We have Cruised several times for the Superbowl and it is fun. We last were on to watch our own KC Chiefs win! We were watching in Aqua Theater and they had a buffet on deck. Another time we watched at Studio B, they had food too and cakes representing both teams. I'm not sure with Covid about food but you will definitely be able to watch it in several places on board. Have fun!

Hi,
Is it possible to have a get together in our suite with appetizers? I believe I should ask the Concierge when he emails me next week. Has anybody done this?

Did they replace it
For my upcoming Cruise an extra day at sea and a day in St Maarten replaced Labadee and Puerto Rico.

I will be on December 11 too! Can't wait

Game is at Noon on Sunday the 12th. Thanks for your help everyone. Our last Cruise was during Superbowl where we won. Then the world shut down. So happy to be Cruising again.

Hi,
Will be on the Symphony 12/11-18. We are from KC and the Chiefs play the 12th and on Thursday night football. Any idea if we will be able to see the games? I emailed the Concierge and he said "if we get the feed, it will on at Playmakers and TV."
(Yes I realize it may be a moot point for our guys but still love them)
Thanks,
Myra

The drinks are just as listed, from 1630 to 2000 each evening. Regarding the coke in a can, we were only allowed a canned coke because we had the "Royal Refreshment" drink plan. Which was a total waste of money. I thought I could get bottle juices. My welcome back amenity had a bottle of grapefruit juice. Nope. Then people selling vitamin water kept telling me that was juice. Nope.

I always do and have never had a problem. My most recent Cruise was 2/2 to 2/9 on the Harmony

I look forward to your review! I just got off on Sunday. Mentally kicking and screaming. She's a beautiful ship. On sea days, don't miss the lunch in main dining room. They have a buffet and a great salad bar, you pick ingredients and they make your salad. You can also order off the menu at lunch. On our last sea day, dessert on menu was a "floating island". Yummy! Dining room had great food but we also went to other venues.

I've done Northbound twice and loved it minus the flying home late at night from Anchorage. (Planes do not leave from Anchorage during the day) The Hubbard Glacier is stunning, it is your last day. That Itinerary is just wonderful.

I boarded with a simple cold last week. They asked questions about travel to China or Hong Kong or contact with people there. They didn't even notice I had a cold, nor did we fill out disclaimers.

Hi, Cruising on the Odyssey on 2/11/24. How do I email Ken Jones who will be our Cruise Director onboard?
