  1. Does anyone have any experience with getting either a refund or shipboard credit of the difference on a fare that went down? We sail on the Allure on 1Oct and our fare went down by about $400 on an upgraded stateroom than what we are in now. We want to stay in our current room stateroom but the Sales desk is saying they don't give fare differences after final payment date. I asked about shipboard credit and he said his hands were tied, he couldn't give us anything.

     

    Wondering if I try someone or someplace else. Or is this pretty set in stone?
