After first deleting cookies and cache for HAL, I tried the link and it worked perfectly. All of my information, including past and future bookings are there.(y)

No such luck here. I've deleted cookies and history, tried different browsers, and it still can't find my booking (or our booking for our second cabin either). A bit nervous that there is something going wrong with our booking (leaving on 7/29 on the Noordam).

Anyone else not able to see their upcoming cruise??

Hi Everyone --

Had hoped to take the cruisetrain for the cruise we just booked, but they can't fit my whole family. Now looking at motorcoach options.

1. Does anyone know if the motorcoach booked on the HAL site is direct or if it makes stops at the wildlife conservation center or any other location on the way? I can't even get HAL reservation agents to give me an actual time that it departs.

2. Has anyone used the ACT Big Bus? For the same cost as the HAL motorcoach, it looks like we get to stop at the wildlife conservation center.

No options are needed for full-day excursions. We already booked airfare based on when I was told the cruisetrain would get us to the airport so need a shorter option.

Mini Suites on the Jewel are on the 11th floor & I don’t think there are any obstructions. The sailaway rate doesn’t include any amenities like the drink pkg so you might figure you extra costs to see if it will actually save you money in the long run.

I saw that. Unfortunately we are a family of 5 so needing 2 cabins and the free drink package doesn’t really have any value when most of them are converting to soda packages. :). Will save almost $1500 per room with the sail away rate.

Hi Everyone -- I'm looking at booking a cruise on the Norwegian Jewel. The sail-away rate is much better than the lowest mini-suite rate, but there is a note that the mini-suite view may be obstructed. Is anyone aware of any obstructed mini-suite rooms? Trying to figure out if it is worth the risk.

How quickly can you get off the ship when you get to port? If the port time on the ship schedule says 8:00 a.m., what is a reasonable time to expect to get off and be able to get into a taxi? Is there any procedures that need to be done to disembark on a port day? Just trying to figure out if it is as simple as walking off the ship, or if I need to allot time to get this done! Thanks!

Also interested in this one.....does anyone know if it includes the "day pass" to Honeymoon Beach, or is there a separate charge for the kayaks, SUPs, etc.?
