Great review ... I saw a Drugs Inc one ae that focused on Jamaica ... it's not the ganja anymore much harder drugs rule ... in all parts of Jamaica except Montego Bay the neighborhoods are split up and have cartel like leaders ... the citizens in this neighborhood support this as when someone is in need of help they do it ... the cartel leaders send underlings to MB to make $$$ and they have quotas to make. This makes them very aggressive.

Thank you all ... Quilcruisers very useful stuff ... I'm going to try hard on the over packing and planning. One of my businesses is planning road travel. Also I'm determined to be free from Internet on board and only login 3 times max on shore. This will be awesome if possible. We have 5 businesses, 3 blogs, 6 main emails , countless social media... 4 grand babies, 2 kids with legal issues right now, hubby has a full time job, very active members of our church and a few volunteer pursuits .... yes I need to unplug

I finished up port stuff last night .... I decided for us the best idea for Key West was to rent scooters, I also bought tickets for the shipwreck museum - my hubby loves old buildings and houses, I love gardens and churches so this will give us the opportunity to whiz around all the neighborhoods on our time schedule.

I rescheduled my snorkel trip in Freeport to one thru Carnival ... the other one sent another email that trip was not full and would more than likely be cancelled. - we are ready / not ready for our first snorkeling LOL

In Nassau I scheduled a tour thing with some back stage & feeding for Atlantis ... should be fun

Our first cruise was from Galveston, the biggest tip we received was from the taxi driver. Take your luggage down around 9:00 am, tip the porters and come back at your allotted time. You should wait until your check in time, but we found our bags don't have to and can go on when they start the luggage shuffle. Plus, as the others have said, you may get the bug. We did and that was around 13 cruises ago, and 4 booked in the future. Have Fun.

We are sailing out in 32 days. Day before in Galveston so no issues with holiday traffic. On the Breeze headed to Key West, Freeport and Nassau.

Our first cruise. Any last minute pointers. I will take them all!

The Hyatt had the most amazing pool! It closes at sunset though, so we didn't have too long to swim.

Our first cruise! ... Our stop in Nassau I just want to go to the casino at Atlantis for a while. Then wander around the property looking at the aquariums. I'm just not sure to go about that. Can we just take a cab or shuttle from the port? Once there can we just play at the casino and wander a bit or is there some check in or day use fee?
