Cruise-y...where do you reserve the "free" tickets from on the first day?

Any updates on how long Tim Connor is on Indy for? According to the list he's suppose to start a new rotation today.

Thanks for this review. I am surprised he knows his schedule that far in advance. There seems to be a lot of movement among Genies of late. Or maybe that is just on the OA class ships?

Just curious as to whether the pools on Independence are salt water or not?

How did you get Johnny Rockets into Sabor? Did they deliver even without Star Class? Or did they let you do take out?

Allie is with us today. At her service one of the songs played was the Hawaiian version of Somewhere over the Rainbow. I have a feeling we might find a dime today.
I am amazed at your outlook in the trials that life hands you. Have a great day on the beach with your family [emoji4]

I’ll post a pic of the room tomorrow with Owens bed pulled out. It’s like a human maze, or Tetris getting around with everything pulled out. Lord knows how a family of 4 does it, or four adults.
Tight squeeze in there [emoji15]
What does Owen think of the balcony cabin?

You are right that is the new building. There was no action in it yet but it looks close to completion. We were in room 612, top floor. It had two doubles and a pullout. It was a tub shower VS their standard shower. The room seemed a bit wider too. Not beside the elevator, but a couple past. Ice was on 5.
When we were at the Hyatt two weeks ago, we had practically the identical view from our room. It was 508. We watched Allure sail away that Sunday. Well at least the Deck 17 portion of her. Also tub/shower combo and could sleep 6. The room was larger than I expected.

It will be like being in Montreal or Vancouver when they lose in the early round of the Stanley Cup finals.
This year is the year of The Toronto Maple Leafs.
Edit to Add: #truth.
[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]My husband just informed me two days ago over dinner that he will be going to Toronto for the parade in June! One can have dreams [emoji38]

We've also had shady experiences with taxis in Fort Lauderdale. Gave up on taking them 2 years ago and went take Uber/Lyft now.

Have a safe flight! And the fight at DTW for us is always Popeye's vs. subway vs. McDonald's. Enjoy your Popeye's. That's always my pick too [emoji4]

We have done that exact walk a few times, right past LaBamba. We have also walked past LaFitness too.
But have you eaten there? I literally dream of that place! Sometimes I am more excited to eat there pre-cruise than for the cruise itself [emoji38]

Safe travels tomorrow Andrew and family! And I know you like Gilbert's but if you like Mexican, you should give La Bamba a try. Great people, huge portions, and the best Margaritas and fried ice cream. Right next to Publix and a short 3 minute or so walk from Hyatt. We usually cut through the LA Fitness parking garage.

Lisa asked him what he wanted to do next week; you know see some friends or have a pool party etc... His response, was “we could go on a cruise”. He said it with the most sincere tone in his voice and perhaps a slight curl of a smile.
This sounds eerily familiar lol! A few months ago, Hubby informed us that he took a week off work to hang out with us before the kids go back to school and info back to work. We asked the kids what they wanted to do...priced out a few land vacations...the kids asked two things...Will there be a lot of walking? Why can't we go on another cruise?! The end result? We just got off Mariner last week. We booked it at about 2 1/2 months out, I thought that was last minute! [emoji38]Have a great time!!
