I have seen this info before and wrote it down, but lost it, 🙁.  How long before your sailing date, do they send the Medallions to your home?
    Thanks.

We are sailing on Feb 4 and received our Medallions on January 19th.

Yes, at least you could while I was on Sapphire last month. Regular non specialty pizza’s are $8.50 plus 18% .

If you have plus you get 2 visits if you have premier, unlimited.

Thanks.  I wasn't aware that Sapphire Princess has an Alfredos.  Where is it located?

We were on the regal the cruise before the OP's, so I'm assuming same staff/chef/etc.  Granted, we aren't foodies, but we found everything fine.  The comfort food (burgers/dogs/fries/pizza/etc) was very good...the quality of the buffet and MDR was fine.  If I had a gripe, it would be that the MDR menu was more limited than I remember.

I also agree that I haven't found steaks at the Crown Grill to be anything special (sides and service were fine).

The quality of the beef served throughout the ship has really gone downhill.  This is especially true of the CG offerings.  Our last meal there of filet mignon was tough and had connective tissue throughout.  Didn't even have the shape or texture of a tenderloin cut of beef.  Honestly I could not tell what cut it was.  Spend my entire career in the food service business so I do know a little about beef quality - USDA grading.  We have had outstanding service and steaks in the GG before covid but it is obvious the food budget got wacked in order to make a buck.

Some updates from the past couple days: dinner on Belize night was gluten free beef Wellington. I was not really expecting them to do this and would’ve been fine with just the beef part, but our amazing dining manager Arrin made it happen. As a note if anyone gluten free is going on regal soon, you want symphony dining room bc it’s closest to the allergy kitchen and seek Arrin bc he is probably the best allergy manager I’ve had in 10ish gluten free cruises, he’s seriously the best.

I would assume it is...  but which night they offer it could vary.

IN SHORT:  ask about the menus when you get onboard....

I have seen some variations on menus shown on trip reports here on CC.

When we were on Regal, instead of the first night as it often had been, it was on the last night.

I think that Princess has been playing around with different menu options.

I know that last Summer, it seemed that the menus on the Ruby in Alaska were quite a bit different???

PS:  the Prime Rib we had was very good....  but it was the absolute thinnest slices I have ever seen.   The medallions might have been just as good or better.  We wanted to move along with our evening, and did not want to seem 'demanding',   but I recommend that you do not be shy about asking for more if the portions are as limited as ours was!!!  ( I know our waiter was good and would have happily obliged! )

I do not know If you would have the same Executive Chef and head of dining onboard REGAL as we did last year...  But the food was good onboard!

    Thank you.

  6. I am using Android and when I sign in with UN and PW it crashes.   However when I use my booking number everything works fine.  With the former APP my loyalty level was always incorrect.   With the new app my loyalty level is displayed correctly.  Interesting note is that I have had multiple email discussions with support and they could never correct it.  This is over a period of more than a year!!

We have sailed on all the Sun Class ships, while they were in the Princess fleet.

We are now lucky to have the Coral Princess in Australia.

We have 6 cruises booked on the Coral Princess.

We sailed on the original Sun Princess in mid-80's.  It was 17,000 tons.  Pretty beat up at the time but the food and service were head and shoulders above current offerings.  Formal night was just that - formal with gloved wait staff and French service.  Tableside prep every night.  Truly an experience not found on Princess today.  PS Everyone dressed formally.  Either a tux or dark suit and tie for the gents and cocktail dresses for the ladies.  Some wore long gowns.  I miss the old days.

I emailed with all my information Thursday afternoon and heard back from them Friday night about 36 hours later which I thought was great and they fixed the problem I was having with medallion net (it wasn’t showing 50% off but now does)

What email address did you use?  Thanks.

Just checked for the 10/1 Enchanted sailing and it shows in the JourneyView Activities Timeline of Medallion that there is one show each night at 7:30 pm and the second show at 9:30 pm. People have actually gone in and signed up for different show times.

Signing up does not mean you have reserved a seat.  I DNK why they even have that feature.  On Princess there are no reservations in the Princess Theater.  First come first seated.

It is half price for platinum and elite passengers if purchased prior to sailing...whether for one or four devices.

What I want to know is can the 4 devices plan be shared by 4 different people,  eg. 2 couples?

The Medallion Class App is supposed to apply discount of 50% when purchased by Plat. or Elite loyalty level passengers but that function is not working.  It only shows full price.  We are Elite level and the app shows only full price.
