I am surprising my wife with a Panama Canal cruise next year. Looking at the aft suites on Aloha or Caribe decks on either Emerald or Ruby. Do both decks have totally covered balconies? Are aft balconies able to be used during canal passing? We usually pick partially covered but I cannot find a lot of updates info on these older ships. Any info is appreciated.

We are driving to the port for our Princess cruise. We are not using hotel shuttle because it takes forever to get shuttle at end of cruise. Will parking at the port be a problem if we arrive at noon or later?

Scottca075 what are your suggestions? We decided to stay at the Crowne Plaza for one night prior to our cruise because it is walking distance if needed.

Sorry if this has been disclosed I couldn’t find it. I have purchased the premier pkg for our Feb 25 cruise and of course the new package starts on the 20th. Does anyone know how much the cost difference is? No one could answer my question when I called Princess. Are they honoring the old pkg minus the desserts etc…..? Has anyone heard? thanks

Scottca075 what hotels do you suggest? We are also driving the day before and looking for nicer hotel. I will park at the port so parking isn’t needed.

Hi, I am looking at an aft cabin for my wife and I, but it is designated a triple cabin. Does Princess allow a double occupancy in a triple cabin? It is to late to call , so I thought someone here might know. Thanks!

Hi, I am thinking about a last minute cruise on the Panorama. Debating between a Havana Cabana or an aft Havana balcony on deck 7. Have never stayed in either type of cabin. Thanks!

They offer a medi-cooler for a small deposit. Customer service desk will help you. My husband is diabetic and we have used the little cooler on every cruise with no worries.

Does anyone know where the drop off pick up is at the cruise port in San Pedro? Is it close to terminal? My traveling companion uses a walker so trying to figure out what is best. Thanks

I have never been able to access booking thru the app or web version. I have tried changing password but still only get booking claimed.

Talked with the app tech dept and they don’t know why my booking number shows claimed and couldn’t fix whatever problem was causing the issue. They suggested to use the web version to fill in the info. Well…logged into my Princess and went to web version and the first screen that comes up is the same sign in screen and it says the same, booking claimed. So much for the app and web version. I just hope I can print out luggage tags when the time comes and take let the check in a the pier do the rest.
