  1. I was unable to find and book an excursion for Salsa & Salsa Cozumel through the Carnival website. The great people from Salsa & Salsa replied to me today and hope this helps. Cheers!

“We are located in the Hotel Cozumel and Resort. You may use the hotel facilities including the pool and beach area after the show. We are anywhere from 5-10 minutes from the port piers, depending on which pier you come into. The cab ride is about $12 USD more or less. Carnival is no longer handling our bookings, so if you wish to join you may book directly with us.”

  2. When will you let us know?

    Sorry for the delay. Lol.

These rooms are much bigger then the regular rectangle long rooms. They include a little sitting area with a mini couch. And as someone mentioned you are in a little area that has a secluded hallway. Almost no foot traffic as that hallway is only used by about 5 rooms. It was so quiet.

Loved the square room that I totally lucked out and got the same room for back to back cruises on deck 8 on the Horizon later on this year.

The rooms seem to be almost twice as big as other interior rooms I have been in.

Hope this info helps. Sorry no photos or videos.

    Cheers!

  3. hello there. I have read that the Horizon has a larger Pig and Anchor then on the Vista. On the Vista is was outdoors and always lined up. Does anyone know if we can visit the new larger and partially indoor Pig and Anchor on the Horizon and eat there on lunch sea days and more importantly diner every night for free? Or does it have an extra charge for diner time eating? Thanks.

  4. hi there. We are doing back to back cruises this December on the Horizon. Besides havinh the pools all to ourselves, is this the best time to do laundry in their laundry room? Some sites show the laundry rooms closed while docked? Any other tips on what we should do with ship empty of cruisers? Thanks.

  5. Thanks!

you can board with no lines in a separate area. The time between the guests disembark and the next cruise starts is dead on the ship. All bars and food service will be closed, including the water park. We hung out on the empty Serenity area between 10-11. The have to reset all the bar computers. Since we were already aboard for a week the Serenity Bartender knew us, as soon as he opened we called out my name and we had the first drink.
  6. hello, my girlfriend and I are doing back to back cruises this November out of Miami. I know that on disembark day after the first cruise we get a new sail and sign card and can stay on the ship with almost no one around.

If we decide to get off the ship and visit South Beach for a few hours can we get back on the ship quickly since we already have our new sail and sign card or do we need to stay in a long lineup to get back on?

And secondly, and secrets or tips or advice if we should stay on the ship between the cruises? Besides the obvious shorter food lineups or waterpark lines etc...

    Thanks.
