If you use gift cards to add to your sail and sign account, and don't spend it all , or if you don't use the casino method to get money from your gift cards you will NOT get cash back . If you have funds left in your OBC , they will not give you cash or check if its over 10 dollars . They will put it back on the gift card . I just got of the Dream last week and that's what happened to , on one account we had 3 dollars one account had 15 dollars , they give you print out and on that print out it shows what gift has the balance on it . So keep your gift cards until after cruise .

Hello cruising soon on Dream. I have Carnival gift cards , forget to pay for cruise with it . Can I put it on my OBC then go to casino and cash some of it out that way ? Is it true if you don't spend it all at the end of the cruise they will return it in a gift card ? Thanks For your answer.

Hello , need advice going on cruise next week Serenade Wife fell and broke 3 bones in foot . Can I cancel excursions once I get on the ship first day ? Yes we have trip insurance but doctor says there is no medical reason she can't go . She can't walk on right foot she uses knee scooter . It will take 8 weeks or longer for bones to heal . No surgery needed , thank god for that . Thank you for your replies.

Hello cruising out of Ft Lauderdale first time. Staying at Springhill Suites Ft. Lauderdale at Dania Beach. We get free 14 day parking and free shuttle to PE . It cost 10 dollars per person for return trip to hotel . Has anyone use this hotel and the return shuttle service ? Is this a nice hotel ? Trying to decide if I should use shuttle service or catch cab back to hotel . Cab should be about 25 to 30 dollars I believe. We are driving down to Florida. Any good seafood restaurant you know of. AARP has both the 500.00 and the 100.00 cards in stock now . I tried to ordered the 500.00 card two days ago and they were sold out , they are back in stock now .

I see on Royal web site you can purchase Gift Cert from 50.00 to 2000.00 and apply them as OBC to your cruise , you have to apply it 14 days before cruise. If I don't use all of the OBC will I be able to receive cash as a refund on the last night of the cruise from Guest Services. Thank You for responding.

Can someone please explain the GTY pool , if they pick you a cabin and you don't like , can you ask to be put back in the GTY Pool . Hello , if you buy a drink package for the last four days of a cruise , does disembarkation day counts as the last day . Are you allowed to get drinks on this day . Or do the day before counts. I believe they close out the onboard accounts the night before . Thinking of getting drink package but was wondering about this . Thanks for taking the time a answer.

Air Plane Mode , Go to setting at the top see Air Plane Mode , turn it on , also turn off Wi-Fi . If you go off the ship and you find a wi-Fi hotspot just turn on wi-Fi to connect , you can connect on wi-Fi with air plane mode turn on . I assume you don't have a wi-fi only iPad , if you did just turning off wi-Fi is all you have to do. If you have an iPad with a service provider turning on air plane mode will prevent the iPad from connecting to any provider services . Turning on air plane mode turns your iPad to a wi-Fi only iPad and you can control that by turning wi-Fi on or off

Hello fellow cruisers. Cruising on Elation in Jan. going to Cozumel and Progreso . Was wondering if they sell Hennessy White at either port. Trying to surprise my daughter with it , she will be returning from Africa from her second tour . Has been in Air Force 16 years . So proud of her . Her and her husband took a cruise before she left , they went to Turks and Caicos , they found it there and really enjoyed it . Because it is not sold in the US . I thought I would surprise her when she returns in Jan. Thanks for your help
