Nevis is my favourite place, I too have had two failed attempts so next March we will do the Catamaran trip I get to land in Nevis and my friends will meet me at Sunshines for a Killer Bee ....[emoji14]
Who are you booking your catamaran excursion with? And what/where is sunshines??

.... and now it is time for my second complaint (there are some here who would not believe I could have any with Carnival;)). Breaking our normal routine, instead of going to the Red Frog for a cocktail before dinner, we went down to the Atrium Bar. To be honest, it was fairly crowded, but I asked who wanted what and meandered up to the bar where I waited to order. I did notice there was only one bartender and one server. I ended up waiting almost 15 minutes (I did have eye contact with her twice) before I said screw it and we skipped the drink in went into the MDR (where I promptly ordered a double from the MDR bar waitress (guess I showed them....).
I made it a point to voice my displeasure with this resource allocation with both my survey and an email to a senior mgt chap I know who said he would vet it up the line.
Jimbo I totally agree !!! We were shocked! We had the same experience at the atrium bar. We waited and waited and ended up leaving the bar drinkless ! Something I have never experienced on a Carnival cruise. I'm glad you complained, I should have as well.

Hey Jimbo! It was great to meet you at the M and G! I look forward to comparing notes on this cruise. We were in balcony cabin 7275 and had a large shower area but the overall bathroom was smaller than usual. We were pleasantly surprised to have a fridge in our cabin.

Bonnie 1/2 tablet twice a day and sea bands. If it is really rough I take an extra half tablet. I always try and book a midship cabin never anything near the front of the ship!

We often fly out of Syracuse but with the crappy Canadian dollar we will be flying out of Toronto . We have a direct flight in one direction and a hop in the other. I book through Expedia. The other thing you could check on is charter flights like sunwing etc. Also if you are a little flexible in your arrival and departure dates you can sometimes save a few hundred. Our air for February is costing approx a thousand for 2 return.

I just booked with thenford grey for our day in st Kitts in February . $48 pp and this includes fort admission and the island tour then people have an option at the end of the tour to either go to the beach or go shopping.

I'm with you. Sorry, but I don't get it either. I don't understand why people think that just because you are from another country, you should get to pay a lower rate than people from the US for the same exact cruise. If a double occupancy cabin is $1,000 USD for US citizens, you can't honestly expect it to be $800 USD for Canadian residents. That wouldn't be fair at all.
I don't think any of us Canadians are looking at paying LESS than Americans I have $2400 still owing on my cruise in US funds which is going to cost me over $3000 Canadian to pay off. That's all.

You should have no problem just DONT try and hide them simply show them along with both boarding passes! :)

We used them last year and were very happy with them.

We toured with Brian last year and it was one of the best tours we have ever done. We pre booked . I think the day we did the tour they were full with people wait listed .

I'll Second the vote for Cortrans! Reliable and reasonably priced. We used them last year and will use them again for this year.

Meclazine or Bonamine in the gift shop on the ship will help with motion sickness. Also the sea bands help and they are also found in the gift shop.
