  1. I'm going through the login steps this morning and keep getting "network failed". It can't be on my end. Tried home wifi, hardwired, phone network, three devices.  I'm thinking their end is overloaded or down.  Not worrried. Just frustrated. Wanted to test and print results before heading to the airport.  Not sailing until Sunday so pleanty of time though.

My neighbor had to fly out international on Sunday. He just drove to Walgreens Saturday  without an appointment. Got in line and they took care of him.

On second thought I should caution this approach. It's second hand knowledge. I'm not sure how the paperwork would work. He is a frequent flyer and his info was probably on file. Plus things aren't the same here in Knoxville as other areas.

I tried emailing them to see what the expiration dates were on the ones they are currently selling, but no answer.

I tried emailing as well and never received a reply so I called them. I asked if the test still expire in February and the guy said they have test that expire October or later. Then I asked...if I order today, is there still a chance I could get one that expires in February and he said...yes

  4. This is on the "Booking and order details" but no where on the documents to print.

I have seen several comments that they become available to set dining guests at 8:30 nightly, but considering they were often empty at 5:30 I think it’s worth walking up and asking. Did you take early dining to match travel companions or because it’s all that was available? Because sometimes you can change later as people cancel and so forth. Seems YTD is getting more popular all the time and it’s all I would ever choose anymore.

I originally had YTD when I booked back in July for September. Ended up having to push out to Nov 13 sailing. When the travel agent rebooked it was for set time so I figured that was what was available. I was okay with it thinking the main dining room looked so much nicer than the YTD one, but didn't consider there could be a problem getting in Cucina or Chibang.

What does this have to do with Carnival Cruise Line?

    INFORMATION ON TESTING RESOURCES

    September 15, 2021

    Dear Carnival Guest:

As we previously communicated, effective with sailings departing as of September 13, the CDC requires vaccinated guests to present a PCR or Antigen COVID-19 test taken within two days prior to their sailing date.  The requirement for unvaccinated guests remains unchanged – the pre-travel PCR test must be taken between 72 and 24 hours before the sailing date.

In order to provide more testing options for our guests, we’d like to make you aware of the following:

    • The CDC has approved vaccinated guests to present self-administered telehealth COVID-19 test results at the terminal to satisfy the pre-cruise testing requirement. The test must have Emergency Use Authorization from the FDA and the self-test process must happen under live supervision on a video call with a telehealth representative. The telehealth provider must issue you a result document that includes all the necessary information. Fully vaccinated guests may consider using an Abbott BinaxNOW™ COVID-19 Ag Card Home Test which includes a viral antigen home test and the services of an eMed telemedicine professional who will supervise the administration of the home test and provide your results in 15 minutes. Test kits ship to all 50 states and arrive at your door in three business days or less. Order Now.
    • Guests may also contact their nearest health center, pharmacy, state health department, or transiting airport to learn more about their availability for COVID-19 testing.

While we had previously raised the possibility of more on-site testing at our terminals, the logistics of making this service widely available to a large number of guests does not make this a viable option.

Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to welcoming you on board.

I would send this picture to Optum customer service.

I just did, but I should have to start with.  I actually received this last week. I've called four times and was promised new ones wold be shipped within 48 hours. So 48 hours later,I call again. One of the customer service reps said as long as the seal isn't broken they are fine.  And finally today, I was told I had to send the email and picture or nothing could be done and he was surprised no had told me that. Obviously the others just wanted to tell me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone.
