  1. I will be on Oasis in May. We have sailed other RC ships but this will be our first time on an Oasis class ship. We will also have the dining plan so on embarkation day, where would be the best place to use the dining plan for lunch? Have a wonderful trip. I’ll be following along!🚢☀️🏖🌊🍹😀 Loralie
  2. Here’s the story, my brother in law very generously booked and paid for a cruise for our whole family which was 9 people staying in 5 cabins. He booked it a year ago and the cruise is 83 days away. Here is how the cabins are broken down handicap balcony cabin - me and my husband handicap balcony cabin - my mother in law and her friend balcony cabin - brother in law by himself inside cabin - my son and his wife inside cabin - my younger son and his girlfriend So since the time of booking, some things have changed. My younger son broke up with his girlfriend and he will be going alone. My mother in law is having some health problems and will require surgery in a few weeks and my brother in law is afraid of her being on a ship, away from her drs right after Surgery in case something goes wrong. My brother in law said me and my husband and our 2 sons and daughter in law can still go on the cruise but he would cancel his room and my mother in laws room. ‘’here is the question...I believe our handicap room sleeps 4 people, how difficult would it be to move our younger son, who is now alone, into my room so we can cancel his room too and save my brother in law some money? Would we have to cancel our reservation and book again? My husband and I lucked out and bought the $18.00 unlimited drink package, if our son is in our room he would have to buy a drink package too, right? What is the process of moving someone from their own cabin to your cabin? thanks in advance, Loralie
  3. We are a group of 8 going on Oasis of the Seas in May. We all have the unlimited dining plan. What speciality restaurants will be open for lunch on embarkation day? thanks, Loralie
  4. I was watching a video on YouTube that was taken last week and it showed a Beatles cover band in the Music Hall on Oasis. I will be on Oasis in May. Does anyone know if the Beatles cover band will still be there in May? If not, then what cover band will be on Oasis in May? thanks, Loralie
  5. Food is subjective, we LOVED Jamie’s when we were on Anthem a few months ago. The truffle sauce and the carbonara pasta was amazing! My husband loved the short ribs. We had the unlimited dining plan so we ate there a few times. We will be on Oasis in a few months and we hope we like Giovanni’s as much as we liked Jamie’s. Give it a try for lunch. Loralie
  6. We were on Anthem a few months ago and we LOVED Jamie’s Italian. We will be on Oasis in May and I was wondering how Giovanni’s is compared to Jamie’s Italian? thanks, Loralie
  7. I know the speciality restaurants are closed on port days for lunch but can you get Johnny rockets for lunch on port days and use the unlimited dining plan? thanks, Loralie
  8. Thanks for clarifying it. We will definitely tip extra. Loralie
  9. I will have the unlimited dining plan for my cruise on Anthem of the seas in a few weeks. We are not the most adventurous eaters and we don’t eat seafood. I was thinking of trying wonderland just for the experience and asking only for the main course and dessert. Can that be done? thanks, Loralie
  10. On my cruise planner Order information, it says the gratuity is included. Loralie
  11. So it will be just me and my husband on a 7 night cruise next month and we Purchased the unlimited dining plan. When I purchased it on the cruise planner, it says tips are included. Do you tip on top of that? If so how much is good for 2 people? Just trying to figure out how much cash to bring. Thanks, Loralie
  12. This video shows everything, including bungalows. The prices she quotes are very low compared to what I have seen on my cruise planner but this was filmed when perfect day first opened.
  13. I have seen a few YouTube videos about perfect day at coco cay and I saw bungalows on the video. It has not been offered on the cruise planner at all. I’m sure it will be very expensive but i will check it out.
  14. I’m wondering how much the bungalow will cost. It has not been on my cruise planner and I’ll be there in 3 weeks. I plan to ask as soon as I get on board. I think the bungalows look nicer than the cabanas from what I’ve seen on YouTube. when I get back I’ll post the info. Loralie
