Completely agree.

It is very sad they are replacing these with rooms and a restaurant. They were unique places only found and the Freedom and Voyager ships. I definitely chose many cruises based on these clubs. A lot of my best cruise memories are of them and staying up until dawn lol. Every town has a Mexican restaurant. That's not that exciting or unique. It's hard to find a good dance club on the other hand!

I'm surprised they don't remove deck 8 from the Royal Promenade and replace it with inside staterooms. They could probably put 40 staterooms there. Maybe too extensive a change a one month dry dock.

I can't believe they are getting rid of the clubs on the Voyager and Freedom class. Those are the best clubs afloat. Putting them up in the VCL is not a good replacement. It's a real shame.

I was on the 12/6 sailing. There was no Murder Mystery dinner that I was aware of!

Does anyone know if the Diamond Concierge book shore excursions on board? The excursion is full online but they said you can book at the excursion desk on board but can the concierge book it too?

Cool! I have no idea what the 3rd person rate was at the time but the 1st-2nd have gone up about $400 each.

There are currently two of us in a D1 cabin that can hold a third person. If we add a third person to this room does price change for the 1st and 2nd person to the current price for a D1 or does it remain the price when we orignally booked the room?

We did it a few years ago. The snorkeling isn't the best. The trip though was great. Beautiful sail to Buck Island and back. Boat was a lot of fun and everyone had a great time. Plus 'Painkillers' are included and are delicious. I would do it again sometime.

That's a good option! What about resturants or stores near the hotel. Is one located near more?

What is everyones opinions on these two hotels? We are looking at these two and looking to see what one was the better option. We are a group of 10.

It's not available for my 12/8 Independence sailing either. It's still on the main Labadee page. I hope they still have it. It's a favorite place of mine.
