Free bottle of wine when we booked specialty dining the first night on the Summit for the last 2 years. Last year had the package so asked to take it back to the room so we had the convenience of a bottle there.

Well I'm hopeful we will enjoy it. Thanks for the suggestions.

Hi we will be cruising aqua class for the first time and have searched but have had little luck finding a list of must haves in Blu. I am wondering what are peoples favourite dishes that are not to miss. We are pretty adventurous eaters...
Thanks Gail

The shoe holder we always bring with us doesn't come with the cabin but is certainly handy to have. Sorry must have missed your original post.

We have sailed on both lines and have to say what we have found is that they are both great for different reasons. On Carnival the entertainment on the Sunshine was the best we have ever seen on any cruise on the other Carnival ships not so much. On the Carnival Dream the steakhouse was fantastic but on other ships food not great. We always have a good to fantastic experience on Celebrity on Carnival it can really vary. With the kids we do Carnival for sure, adults only usually Celebrity. We do however love the Carnival short cruises for a weekend away.

As long as it is the same offer I have had no problems getting the lower price for our cruise next May. I have done it twice so far.

Friends stayed in 3001. Didn't have issues with noise or anything just a lot of walking to get to anything.

We had 3112 our last Celebrity cruise. It was fantastic. Private, big window, extra bathroom right outside (we called it the boys bathroom...lol) .

We tried the new menu the last time we were on the Summit. The steak was very good, ribs ok, and the crepes of course still delicious. Thought is was a great dining experience.

Just hop on the ferry or bus and get off and wander around wherever you end up. We did that for all three days and loved it. Met lots of locals who told us where to go see next and they were right.

We went twice and weren't impressed. Food was ok, atmosphere ok, service ok. Wouldn't do it again. But we enjoyed Normandie and love Bistro on 5

Summit 3 times in the past 12 months and we love it. It is smaller and well laid out and we love the staff. It's a great choice

Did the Summit southern in Dec. Great food loved the ship booked Bermuda for May and then Summit southern again in October.
Can't beat the 1 2 3 deal.

Just did November this year and just booked again for next. Less busy, less humid, great weather.

We cruised Celebrity 10 years or so ago and then again recently. I would say they now seem to cater more to the 30, 40 and 50's crowd more than they did before. The music was a mix of current popular and older popular music, the martini bar was a blast, Qsine was really fun, and the Summit had a great coffee shop. We just re-booked on the Summit again doing the opposite itinerary with the other couple we went with as they too had the best time.

We have really enjoyed the Victory. Our last cruise on it was our absolute best cruise we have done in a long time. :)

We take the $2 bus every time we go to Sapphire without issue. Bit of a walk down the hill to the beach but worth it to us. We have been there many days where it is rough and seemed to get deep pretty quickly so not great with little ones but the snorkelling is pretty decent and the beach is nice.
Have I dreamt this?

May be just a Summit thing as muster drill is at 8 and makes dining challenging that night so Normandy was pretty empty. But I checked with the other 2 couples we were with and we definitely got free bottles of wine.
