What type of European outlet is in Royal Caribbean staterooms?

Our January 29, 2024 Beyond cruise offers the 8 hour "Panama Canal Locks and Culebra Cut Cruise" Excursion starting at 9:30 am. However, according to our itinerary our ship will be cruising the Panama Canal 6:00 am - 3:00 pm and we will dock in Colon, Panama from 5:00 - 9:00 pm. So how can we do this excursion? Has anyone done this excursion before? How did it work? Was this excursion worth the price? Do you see more on this ferry ride excursion than you do just remaining on the ship and sailing through the locks? Thank you.

check out Valuetrips.com for pretty impressive pricing at this particular hotel. Many discussions about VT here on this forum.
How do you book for 2024 on Valuetrips? I've emailed them, but never got a response.

Which Fort Lauderdale Hyatt Place hotel do you recommend for our one night pre-cruise stay without a car? Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port at 1851 SE 10th Ave or Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Airport - South & Cruise Port at 91 Southwest 18th Avenue. Are the rooms the same at both hotels? Is one location better in terms of walking to restaurants, grocery and/or drug stores? Do you recommend a different hotel? Thank you.

Does anyone have any information or details about the Kosher Dining Package offered on some Royal Caribbean ships. We will be cruising on the Oasis of the Seas January 22, 2023 sailing. Suddenly, under dining packages a "Kosher Dining Package" is offered for $420/pp (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in the Solarium Bistro. No specifics are given and I'm not having any luck so far speaking with Royal. I'd love to know who certifies the kashrut, dining hours and if there is any other Jewish programming on this cruise.

Is the D+ Voom benefit based on a 24-hour time period, or is it simply based on the day of the week no matter what time of day you activate the benefit?

Now that the Freedom of the Seas has been amped, is there a charge to use the steam room, sauna and showers in the spa? The last time we sailed on the Freedom these facilities were open to everyone at no charge.

What is the C&A Diamond + benefit on a 3-night cruise? Do you get the equivalent of 2 free days of surf and stream internet?

Is there a place to shower and change clothes at Lindbergh Beach if you are not a resort guest? We plan to rent chairs and umbrellas. If our ship doesn't arrive in port until noon, will chairs and umbrellas still be available for rent after 1:00 or 2:00 in the afternoon?

In the amped Oasis were USB ports added to the staterooms?

How does service in the Windjammer buffet work now? I had heard that because of COVID-19 precautions, passengers could not take their own food. Servers would hand your food to you instead. Is this true?

Thanks for all of your wonderful pictures! I feel like I'm on board with you! Actually, we will be on board the Oasis at the end of the month. Is luggage valet being offered for your return home? If it is, please post all the details. We are flying in and out of FLL. Also, do you have any information on the escape room on board? How do make reservations for the escape room experience? Thanks again.

Are the Coastal Kitchen menus posted in advance on the ship? Will we be able to see the weekly menus before we make our CK reservations on the first night of the cruise? We will be sailing on the Oasis at the end of February.

For those of you who have sailed out of the Port of Miami recently, is luggage valet service offered to Miami and/or Fort Lauderdale airports? If so, what are the current time restrictions. We hope to sail on the Oasis in February. Can someone post the luggage valet flyer that they received on board the Oasis? Thanks.

If we buy an internet package on the ship, will we be able to surf and stream and make free wifi phone calls on RCCL's private islands CocoCay and Labadee?

I got Platinum status with MLife due to my sailing experience with Royal Caribbean.
My actual gaming experience with Mlife woild never get me to the Platinum level with them.
Though I have never bothered to check with Club Royale I am assuming that just because I do have Platinum status with MLife through this arrangement I would not qualify for the OBC and certainly not the free cruise based on my overall gaming experience.
Is this assumption correct?
My husband also achieved Platinum status on MLife through our Diamond + status on RCCL. On recent sailings -- June 2019 on Royal and January 2019 on Celebrity -- he did get the $200 OBC in the casinos. But, as of October 2019 the rules have been revised. MLife benefits cannot be applied to travel agent bookings. Also, MLife benefits on the cruise must be earned by staying in or gambling in MLife casinos/hotels.

I spoke to the folks at Club Royale (the RCCL casino) and I was told that as of October 2018 you cannot get MLife benefits if your reservation was booked with a travel agent.
-
Is it true that RCCL is not continuing the MLife casino partnership in 2020? I was looking forward to our $200 on-board credit on our January 2020 cruise. My travel agent says RCCL is no longer offering it.

You either have a bar code with the cabin number or you don't - not sure where you are getting the invalid error. The bar code is your booking number dash cabin #(if there's one) - you don't need an app, the numbers are under the bar code.
There aren't any numbers under the bar code on my SetSail Pass.

Log into your RCI account and go to Cruise Planner and click on View Boarding Pass. Then click on View SetSail Pass. You can read the bar code on your SetSail Pass using an app on your smart phone (I use QR Code). The last numbers (after the dash) are your stateroom number.
I followed these instructions and I kept getting a message about "invalid bar code". Does that mean that my stateroom has not been assigned yet?

Does the Marriott Surf Club (or any Marriott on Palm Beach) offer day passes? If so, how much do they charge? If Marriott does not offer day passes, where is the best place near the Marriott to rent chairs/umbrellas and use bathroom facilities? We will be there in January.

There are Coke machines in PortMiami after security.
Please tell me more about buying Diet Coke and/or Diet Root Beer in the Port of Miami after security. Do they sell cans and small bottles? How much do they cost? We will be sailing in January on Royal Caribbean's Explorer of the Seas.

Just wanted to add that breakfast at the hotel is very expensive. You might want to eat somewhere else in the morning or pick up some breakfast foods at the nearby grocery store to eat in the morning. You will have a full kitchen in your suite.

We've stayed at Gallery One several times and highly recommend it. We have been in Ft. Lauderdale in January and it was way too cold to swim in the ocean, but we did walk along the beach. We took a round trip ride on the water taxi getting off and on to explore other areas. We enjoyed a tour of the Bonnet house (https://www.bonnethouse.org/) within walking distance of the hotel.

What type of European outlet is in Celebrity staterooms? What kind of adapter will I need if I want to use that outlet for my American electronics? Will I also need a converter?
