We were on Reflection for the first time for a week in December, there just to relax.
I thought it was the liveliest, busiest ship I've been on in years. There was always something going on in the atrium, and people seemed to be having fun everywhere. The officers were constantly involved in events and activities open to all on board. Even though I didn't participate in all the activities, there seemed to be a nice, upbeat buzz on board.
As a subtle bonus, I thought the modern decor and artworks were especially beautiful and interesting all over the ship (more so than other X ships.)
We were on the same sailing and also noticed that people around us, including ourselves, were having a good time. We found the service to be excellent as well.

I recently contacted Nicole regarding a question about an issue with the LCV discount on a particular cruise. I was very impressed with her prompt response and detailed explanation.

I sent an email to Nicole at LCV and she responded promptly with an explanation. She said the updated Book, Pay and Save Guarantee pricing is not combinable with any promotions or offers as it is reduced pricing.

Good news for you tango9...I have triple-checked this with Nicole, our LCV ambassador. She confirms that, YES, you may book a GTY and still be eligible for the 10% LCV voyage discount!
A GTY is not considered a 'restricted fare' (as I had speculated), and you may tell your travel professional that s/he can go ahead and submit the request for both GTY and LCV 10% discount, assuming you've selected one of our LCV voyages.

I called LCV today to inquire about the LCV quarterly savings for a cruise that was listed under the savings but was told the discount could not be used. It was for a cat Z guarantee for pricing on the website. Has there been a change in policy regarding this discount?

This has been an ongoing problem for many years not only on Azamara but also on Royal Caribbean and Celebrity. I always highlight the selection and make sure I explain my choice to the check in agent. As uktog suggested, it's a good idea to check with guest relations onboard. I always do and many times they find an error and are able to make the correction.

We took our first cruise on Century in 1996. It is definitely our favourite ship and are sad to see her go.

Here is something else I learned today. We have a TA booked on the Emerald for this October. I have had the air booked for months through EzAir. I have been checking my fare for quite some time by selecting "Modify" and then doing a search. The price hasn't changed for months. This morning, I looked at the website for my cruise and did a search for flights. I found that my exact same flight was almost $100 cheaper p/p. I called Princess and she cancelled the flight and rebooked. My credit card will show a refund and a purchase. She explained that the difference was that I was trying to modify an existing flight vice purchase a new one. Something to think about when checking existing bookings.
I had a flex fare which had a price drop on another flex fare so I changed my reservation to the lower fare. Later there was a better rate for a restricted fare, however I had to cancel my original booking and then book the new fare. I was warned by the rep that when I cancel and re-book there's a possibility that the new fare may no longer be available after I cancel my flex fare.

I never use those robes. I don't have a problem with the length, however the size of the robe is enormous.

Do they have decaffeinated coffee on their menu? I love having a café Americano but I really need it to be decaf 😬 also I have seen where they sell coffee drinks with alcohol do they have Kahlúa drinks?

We disembarked the Century on April 12th and did not receive the survey.

I was on an April 5th sailing and never received the survey. I also checked my spam folder and nothing was there. I was directed by Captain's Club to the survey link which consisted of a few questions about my overall cruise experience.

I was on the Century recently and was told by iLounge staff that he couldn't set up wifi on my android phone and advised me not to use it. I set it up on my own afterwards and had no problems.

I was surprised to be turned away by a waiter at the entrance to the main dining room on embarkation day on the Ocean Princess a couple of months ago. He asked if we wanted to speak to the head waiter who came and told us the dining room was open for lunch. We didn't have this problem last year on the same ship.

I purchased EZ air last year for our cruise on the Ocean Princess in Tahiti. I was able to obtain three price drops. One time there was a special for new bookings and I was told I wasn't eligible because of the EZ air. My airfare was never affected when the price drops were done.

I never received my luggage tags for April 5 sailing. Yesterday, I called Captain's Club number right at 8am and spoke to an agent named Vicky who was extremely helpful. She said that they were experiencing problems with luggage tags throughout the entire month of February. She re-ordered them for me and, hopefully, I'll receive them next week

I am also on the April 5th sailing and ordered the tags as soon as they became available and have not received them. The same thing happened on my April 2013 cruise so this must be an ongoing problem. I called Captain's Club last week. The agent was very helpful, however the wait time was very long. They can see the order and verify it didn't go through.

I was on the Dec. 8th sailing and agree what others have said about Capt. Jose. He's a perfect fit for Azamara and it was a pleasure sailing with him.

I have had no problems accessing my reservations for the cruise I took last month and for a cruise that is two years away.
I have been unable to access my reservation for next week for over a month. I just checked now and can get into this reservation, however it now shows a $1000 balance owing even though it's been paid in full.
