If you are currently on the Onward or have recently taken a cruise on it, would you please give a short synopsis of your likes and dislikes. I read one post where they said Customer Relations was pitiful. We have loved Azamara but am just wondering about possible differences since the sale to a new company and the operations since the Covid fallout.
