I put it in Google - not as bad as I imagined: about a mile, 18 minutes to walk from berth 2, Front & Dock Streets!

Have not really looked at the summer schedule listed above, but I read somewhere that the shuttle goes right by there.

We are in the same boat (no pun intended). We have a large amount of on board credit and want to use on an excursion. We also looked at Chilkoot which is $199 per person for a 7.5 hour tour. Based on what people are saying, I am now rethinking using the on board credit for Skagway and will look at other ports to use it. Also, the Celebrity trip takes the train up and bus back, and from what I have been reading, it is better to take the bus up and train back. I did call Celebrity and tried to get more details but they don't seem to have any more details than the website.

I believe onboard credit can be used to pay tips at the end of the cruise....

On Celebrity these tours I believe are offered. Can't tell the difference.

SK-88 - bus up, train back to town.

SK-01 - is it the train both ways. Believe it goes 20 miles up on train.

How far up does SK-88 go up?

You could just take the free shuttle for one loop and see where everything is located. You can also go on google earth and get a general idea too. I believe from what I have read, there is a map on a board right be the tourist office.

Is it possible to change perks before cruise? Thought I had chosen classic beverage and onboard credit and now I see I have classic beverage and tips.
