Not everyone gets the invitation to bid. Appears to depend on your home location.

I found after logging into the personaliser, and on the summary page under Plan Your Voyage, there's a link to Bid To Upgrade Your Stateroom that then takes you to the bid page for the sailing.
Edit:- I haven't received an email

Does anyone have any idea when these Sapphire itineraries will come up on the Princess website?  Or if anyone has some ‘inside info’ whereby they can post them on CC.

    Really keen to see them!!

    Is this what you're after?

Cruises H017 and H018 aren't on this list, but there is mention of Fiji from Sydney and Brisbane in the press releases. IE June/July

(Not easy to format on a phone, but try cut and paste into a spreadsheet if that makes it easier)

I am interested to know what other cruisers have experienced with the Princess loyalty OBC. It is difficult (I would have to say impossible) to find the answer with an internet search.

OBC is given by Princess after the passenger has achieved a certain level of cruise credits (one credit per cruise, two if booked solo or in a suite). This includes P&O UK up to 2017 (I think that date is correct) and Sitmar and P&O Aust up to and including the current cruises.  To keep it simple, I will refer to 'cruises' not 'cruise credits'.

I have read two different versions of when this OBC is applicable. Version #1 has it applying from the 21st, 31st, 41st and 51st cruises. Version #2 has it applying from the 21st, 32nd, 42nd and 52nd cruises. I will be reaching one of these milestones on my next Princess cruise, so I am interested to know which version is correct.

For interest, the amounts are $25, $50, $75 and $100. One regular Australian cruiser has commented that the OBC is US$ that is converted to AUD on Australian based cruises. Even better. 😊

Can confirm it’s the second. Have crossed over the increases a few times, as have some regular travel companions. It’s USD converted to AUD on Princess Au cruises and straight USD elsewhere.

Mic suggested that around 25% of cruises miss the fiords. That could be about right, or maybe it is closer to 30%. We have done probably 10 or so NZ cruises and only missed the fiords once but unfortunately that doesn't mean that only 10% miss them. Maybe you have more chance of being lucky if the cruise is in mid summer (say December, January or February).

Well we got 3 out of 3, so 100% for us.

2012, 2015 and 2019 (we even thought third time lucky 🙄)

    You just never know.

PS No one wants to cruise with us to NZ now

  7. Yeh...So much so you cannot even spell it :D:D:D

    See you on the17th

By the way, the red carpet square is not big enough for all of you.:)

Sorry for the short notice as I only recently booked the same cruise as Aussie FF. My question is will "the red carpet square" suddenly be able to handle twice as many in one day?

    Thanks in advance Peter
