Hey all, we got an obstructed balcony on the miracle for an upcoming Alaska cruise. I'd like some recommendations on the best spots on the miracle to view when we are cruising around the fjord. I'm specifically looking for a balcony-like experience with shade (I can't be in the sun). Where there's no window and fresh air and, seating if avail. thanks in advance for helping me make the best of it!

So for games on phones that require a data connection (e.g., Duolingo, HayDay, Disney Blitz, candy crush) what is the plan that will support some play? Not planning on heavy play at all, but just some check ins to not lose streaks and collect daily log in prizes, etc. And btw, asking for my mom because I don't know based on the descriptions the website gives 😜

After coming off the Enchanted Princess and being spoiled with the medallion technology....I'm feeling like I'm going to miss the drinks coming to me! The ordering food directly to the room for free. I'm going to miss the international cafe for the late night snack. And miss finding my friends on the app! I'm doing two cruises this summer on the Carnival Miracle and it looks so outdated compared to the enchanted lol. But I remembered how fun Carnival was many years ago. I'm sure I'll have a great time! I just hope the beds are as comfortable as I remember them.

May I ask....if I hit my 15 limit. And a friend who does not have a cheers package in a different cabin buys a drink and gives it to me, is that gonna get me in trouble? I def don't drink 15 every days but on sea days, I could 😊

I just came from a princess medallion cruise. The one thing that irked me is that I never got a receipt and after checking my portfolio, they would charge all drinks ordered to my portfolio. Then I'd get cut off but they would say no worry and charge it to my travel companions account. So the last time I sailed with carnival, we got receipts that we had to sign. I will have the cheers package, can I expect to get receipts now? And how soon do charges show up on the portfolio?

What about game apps that require internet connection? Is there a plan for that?

I live close to a port (SF). How would I find the best solo cruiser deals for any cruise leaving out of my home port?

I called Princess and they will provide and extension water and a gallon of distilled water at no charge and it will be in our room when we arrived. You have to call and make the request though!

We alre also assigned to a Baja balcony on this deck. Of course we went with the budget rate...we let princess pick our cabin.

I purchased the pass just for the heating chairs for my back pains. Do I need to book times or just go when needed?
