  1. Anyone get an upgrade come in yet for a cruise starting this weekend Nov 19th or 20th? I’m assuming most US cruises are going to be pretty packed with Thanksgiving week so curious if anyone has received an upgrade yet? My three offers are still “pending”. Cruise leaves Sunday
  2. Glad to read Spice H2O has been cleaned up. I cruised on the Epic in June/July and it was disgusting with the exhaust layering the area. Overall the quality of the ship wasn’t great but have seen much worse tbh.
  3. The answer should be no it shouldn’t eat up minutes but that’s not necessary the case.. I was on a European cruise and every time I just tried to use the App it started counting down minutes, if I disconnected, the App wouldn’t open, I went to the help desk, they claimed to fix it but nothing changed. I ended up just giving up on it and wasted all my allotted minutes. It wasn’t worth the hassle to stand in line longer than I already had to get it resolved…
  4. Where do people see their bids are “pending”? I got it the upgrade link and it just shows “update offer” or “modify/cancel other offers”. My cruise leaves later this week (the 20th) and I have three bids in for different rooms EDIT: Answered my own question - if you hit “update offer” it brings you to a new screen that shows the status. All three of mine a “pending” still.
  5. That’s simply not true, so don’t tell me what happened in my situation.... They were ticketed and NCL changed them after the fact! I have emails showing it all… The original flights still exist from the airlines. I’m flying to FLL on the way to the port and leaving from MIA on the way back. Two different airlines, two different air ports. NCL doesn’t give two sh!ts about their customers under the “air promos”
  6. you usually can upgrade seats through the airline just can’t change flight times. I would recommend just staying away from NCL Air though as they do sketchy things with no communication. Yes it might be cheaper but they have screwed my family several times now. Just recently for an upcoming cruise they changed my flight time within two weeks of the cruise. Now instead of getting to my destination by early afternoon we are getting there late at night. So the expensive hotel I booked on the front end is of waste (will not be able to do anything during the day). And my return flight was pushed several hours. So we will currently arrive in port at 7AM but won’t start flying home until nearly 10PM, getting in to our home city well after midnight. Every time you call them, they just say there is nothing we can do at this point. Lol, they are just terrible every time
  7. I had this same exact question. They really won't let you transfer Specialty Dining to your kids in the same Cabin? So I would have to pay out of pocket for 4 meals in OPs example for the two kids?
  8. Hello fellow cruisers. I’m still dealing with trying to get my refunds for a Hawaii cruise that was canceled on us in late May. I have a case number from NCL guest relations but I have yet to hear back from them and can not find a way to get in contact with guest relations. Does anyone have direct contact info to guest relations (phone number, email, etc)?
