  1. I've just checked ours and the price has gone down for 2 of the excursions, luckily not booked yet. They've not reduced by much but am glad it's the right direction.

Although they have just put a new excursion on which sounded great fun, salmon snorkelling but then saw the price of £365 each (children same price) and nearly fell off my seat, sounds a great excursion but couldn't believe the price and can't justify that.

  2. Hi, this is our first booking with Celebrity and we haven't pre-booked any beverage packages yet and they weren't part of any special booking deal when we booked but I've gone into the reservation page tonight and on the summary of costs under 'other options' it says:-

    SAVINGS -£438.00

    WAVE BEV PKG £438.00

Does anyone know what this means?

    Thanks

  3. Hi, we've just had ours though but it says if you have preferred boarding pass you don't need to wait, you can check in any time after 12. Looking at captains circle, platinum members have preferred boarding so you shoul be fine. There may still be a queue depending on number of people with preferred boarding cards.

  4. Hi, we've booked the 11 day Canary cruise for June. We have been to Tenerife once and did an excursion to Mount Teide and it was fantastic. The scenery was stunning, we were lucky they were filming Clash of the Titans 2 which was really interesting to see but even without that I'd have thoroughly enjoyed it. Sorry can't help with anything else, but the 1 visit has made us want to book the 11 day cruise so must have made a positive impression on us.

  5. I had heard this also Karen. My camera is too bulky to slip in my pocket but hey! Still worth a try!

No one pulled out a camera or asked to take personal pictures. If you can bring it, try it!

Hi, we did the tour on the Star Princess in April/May on the TA and we were allowed to take photo's anywhere, we always asked just in case but they said it was just video camera that wasn't allowed. The Captain and other members of the crew were happy to pose for photos with personal cameras as well as the official ones they take. When we were on the bridge, we were talking on one side of the bridge as a group and DH asked if he could go over to the other side to take a photo as our cabin was on that side, again no problem but he was followed by the Security man that was with us for the whole tour. My principle is if you don't ask you don't get, but just ask nicely.
