  1. Our family has cruised with Carnival 6 years in a row prior to pandemic. We are thinking of cruising again in May. On Thursday, I had an exclusive VIFP offer associated with my number only. I was going to make a booking when I realized the email associated with my Carnival account was no longer active (we had switched cable providers last year). It was after 10 pm so I had to wait until the next day to call Carnival. They were able to correct and update my email. I went in to make our booking and while there are other offers, my exclusive offer does not appear. I had a screen shot of it and it said as long as I booked before 3/31/22? I called Carnival and the individual said she is no longer seeing it and maybe I used it?? I told her that was impossible because I was unable sign in or even place a hold on the booking because I could not log in. I think we missed the boat before we even got on, with this offer..... Anyone else ever had this happen and is it fixable? 😞
