I guess everyone's opinion differs. I wouldn't describe it as a long walk at all, let alone a long, long walk.

 

I just looked on Google Earth to make sure my mind wasn't fuzzy but it isn't that long of a walk (unless you have mobility issues) If you do then yeah i might take a cab, cant imagine it would cost much.

It is only about a 10 minute walk at the most from Jack's Shack up to Margaritaville. When we dive in GT, we always get dropped off near Jack's and walk up the beach to the cruise port. Not a big deal unless you have mobility issues.
