So true..what’s good for the goose may not be for the gander.   I just go with the flow and enjoy her ports and do our own thing.  One thing that bothers me how people put their towels on the chairs and show up at the end of the noon hour and one couple told us they put one in shade and one in the sun... that really annoys me.

We had D rinks in us and upgraded to classic. Classic is now premium, deluxe is now premium plus and dou is easy.  No problems and have a better package now.  Classic is drinks up to $12

 

We are in Bella category so if you have questions will try to answer.  Only getting Wi-Fi in port.

14 NASCAR yes you would have got them as you have sailed before March 2019 when they are supposed to be stopped. Ours wasnt a promo though but part of the experience and although we aren't sailing til April they now say we will get them......

Yeah i tend to agree with you that We might well get what they want to give us not what we booked....... So despite what the agent said yes im skeptical. Until I'm on board and have the vouchers in my hand only then will i believe.

       They should be in your cabin but if I were you..ask when checking in

We really like MSC Seaside more than Divina..We were told by someone employed on Divina that they switch personnel all the time. So that will cause poor organization for sure.. Also noticed the European passengers always had their first priority everywhere.  MSC does have some things to improve on. On our cruise the dishwasher broke down for the glasses but didn’t know that till last night. Seaside was more organized with meal dining and bartenders were very  friendly and courteous.  Just enjoy your cruise and eat the pizza the best on both ships. The ports are also good.

When we booked the DOU wasnt even on as a promotion. We got mealtime drinks as a promo when we booked. However the vouchers were completely separate.  

 

Agent on the phone is trying to tell us now we don't get them. This is actually taking away something that was not a promotion but part of the package that we booked. A downgrade if they dont honour it as they say and they arent going to replace them with anything for us. The agent has just told him Every one else was happy with not getting them and he doesnt see the problem.......

 

He has asked to speak to a supervisor. We will see what happens.

We were on the Sinfonia out of Venice in June 2018. The food was even worse than what was served on the Divina and Seaside. You could not even request a mixed drink in the MDR on that ship. Questioned that and then we did finally get a mixed drink in the MDR. The buffet was a total disaster with the selection or lack of selection.

MSC needs to improve on their food in the MDR and Buffets. However, we still cruise MSC as all other aspects are very good. Happy Cruising!

Sorry to say but we just got off the Divina this past Sunday and was on the Seaside in February.  I understand that the ship has a large passenger capacity but.....the food is just not hot or warm no matter how many people take their time selecting..To me , I just went with the flow but will say, I found this ship very unorganized, they ran out of siliverware twice for buffet. They also take their personnel from one ship to the other to get better performance. I enjoyed our cruise and met alot of passengers and all had the same concerns. We like MSC and her ships and will try her overseas cruises next.

yes we know but we still got sick coming home...acute bronchitis...

My only reply is the buffet isn't kept warm enough..got off ship on Sunday and two sides to the buffet..be prepared for people cutting ahead of you in line and also in elevators....I guess they were never taught manners no matter what country you live in!!!

I found the ship to not have enough santizer...lucky I remembered to bring my own!!!

I sailed on this cruise ship in December. There were 3 great bartender guys at the bar on deck 5. They were thr greatest guys. Great personalities. Joey, Justin and Rizandy. Can you please tell them that Jersey Mom said hello and wish them well. Thank you and enjoy that great ship.:)
