Just back from our Southeast Asia sailing Singapore to Tokyo onboard Diamond Princess. A wonderful adventure we had,crew and staff were great as always service wonderful in every way. Our second Princess sailing since the industry’s return from Covid. This is not the same Princess Cruises that we fell in love with cruising with. So many corners have been cut most if not all of the little things that ment the most to us are long gone.We did not once eat in the Horizon Court nothing and i mean nothing looked at all appealing. We enjoyed our morning breakfast in Sabatini’s as always. The evening dinners repeated itself though out the sailing no WOW whatsoever. No more Sterling Steak House or Crown Grill it was replaced with something they called the Brazilian all you can eat meat experience? I did speak with the Food and Beverage Officer The Maitre De and the Executive Chief each pretty much had the same thing to say in response to my questions. The menu choices in Asia change Not as many choices for the foodies onboard. That was very obvious to say the least. Our next two sailings are not with Princess we do have two open bookings on our books but nothing booked as of now. Feeling disappointed with our Princess Cruises as cruising is such a big part of our life. Landnsea John Laura and Gaby Seattle, Wa.

We have always enjoyed our morning breakfast in Sabatini’s. With the Club Class now called Reserve Dining. Has it replaced morning breakfast in Sabatini’s for Suite passengers.? landnsea John Laura and Gaby Seattle. Wa.

We notified Princess regarding this initially by phone, was on the phone with them for over an hour got nowhere with it. They gave us an email for Customer relations and no one has responded. The more I think about this I am pretty sure it has to do with that medallion. We have over 34 cruises with Princess and never got a call like this. Our last cruise was in November and it was with the medallion. The solicitor even mentioned the last cruise we were on and also had the information of the number of cruises we have been on with Princess and that we were Elite members, Nothing was mentioned about our NCL cruise. This is the logo that this company is using. Partial sea Witch logo.

Hello, we got a call unsolicited with the id caller as Princess Cruises stating they are doing a promotion for Elite and Platinum members to purchase Future Cruise Package, a 7 day all inclusive land vacation, 2 2 night stays at any named hotels and OBC with Promotion points. They had all our information from Princess including OBC on file. Has anyone else been contacted? The email with this information states Princess promotions and only has half the Sea Witch as their logo. Tried calling Princess a guy named Raul called us back (placed in call back line). When he called, we tried to explain this to him and he simply hanged up on us!! Has anyone else been called with this Future Cruise Package promotion?

This is total CRAP! A one time leader in the cruising industry Princess has become just another follower. Turning to the Third Party Vendor to handle everything that made Princess a leader. Princess Fine Arts At Sea gone to a Third Party. This Medallion thing a Third Party operator. Princess Upgrades gone to a Third Party operator. I’m sure i could go on. So disappointed at what Princess Cruise has become.

Got the app on both our phones. Green Line ready. Not happy one bit having to download personal information to a third party Princess is using for this medallion thing.

Hello everyone Landnsea here. We have been away from the boards for sometime, we are off on our first Princess sailing in well over two years due to the Covid. We are old school loyal Princess cruisers no fans whatsoever of this medallion thing, our cruise card has worked just fine for our past 36 Princess sailings. We embark in 30 something days we have no desire to use the medallion understanding you can opt out for a RF cruise card once onboard is what we were told. Question: Printing out our Pass Pass? My Princess says download boarding pass on the medallion app. Can someone share some useful information on this please. John Laura and Gaby Seattle Wa.
